Don't be fooled
Look at the specifications, got two pilot helmets for my son and daughter in law who fly in the USAF and am pissed at what I finally got. They represent them as 3D but they are flat plastic cutouts. I'm embarrassed that I paid $43 for something worth $5 tops. Don't be duped, I won't be fooled again

Considering I have yet to get my order placed 12/5/24 and today is 12/25…. I do not recommend this company. I am really upset that my order never arrived as these were gifts. I had to send a message asking about my order to be told that they don’t know where it is as it was never scanned. I asked for a refund if I don’t get it before the actual holiday and the response I got is we will hurry the courier. Not sure how that’s possible if they can’t find it. This company is full of crap and I will be disputing the charges if they don’t give me my refund that they have not even offered aside from telling me they’ll rush an item they can’t find. Can’t be more upset as now I don’t have anything to replace the gifts.

I ordered an ornament during the first week of November. I still have not received it yet and it is now Christmas Eve. I emailed customer support several times and am constantly told my package is on its way. The status of tracking has not changed in 2 weeks. Do not order from this company!!!

I was extremely disappointed that I ordered my ornament for Christmas on December 7th and it isn’t arriving on time. When I ordered it I was assured it would be here in time. It’s in Miami. I am in Wisconsin. I cannot leave a review on the ornament, obviously, but I hope the quality of the ornament is better than your customer service. I don’t want to be rude, but a promise is a promise. Especially at Christmas time.

1000% misrepresentation. My fault for not paying attention to item specifications, but the picture presented shows a 3D ornament and what is delivered is a dollar store plastic flat cut out. Not worth $20 for any of the items from this store. I feel scammed and duped. I am embarrassed to give this as a gift.
Quality misrepresentation
This is a Christmas present and I was disappointed when it arrived. Product was far from what was represented online quality wise. Dollar store quality for 4x the price. Lesson learned on my part. 2024 is the last year on shop online. Local or nothing for me going forward. That way I know what I’m paying for.

Unfortunately very disappointed. Ordered the Blue & White Cat Suncatcher Ornament for a gift, which by the photo led you to believe it was actually a stained glass ornament. Received it today and it's actually plastic. The blue is actually printed. Not worth the 23.00 I paid for it.

Scam- item received is not at all what I ordered
Ordered a Christmas ornament that is pictured as a three dimensional baseball bag full of equipment/ with the items having a 3 dimensional shape to them. What I received is a flat acrylic cover with a barely recognizable image of a baseball bags in it. My son couldn’t even tell what it was supposed to be.
