I ordered 4 Christmas ornaments and received four pictures pressed between two pieces of plastic ! These are not the 3 dimensional image that were portrayed on the website. Attempting to obtain a refund and make a return is proving to be very difficult ! What an expensive piece of crap!
After ordering, I received a spam text saying they needed my credit card # for additional postage?? Did not give it. Ordered 10 days ago, no updates, no ornament, to track pkg you have to download shop app. NOT Happy. Sent email to support, waiting on answer.
