Product was great and just what I expected,packaging on the other hand was poor and the item arrived creased,company responded by offering solutions on how to remove shipping damage while if they'd provided fit for purpose packaging the product would not of been damaged.Thankfully I managed to rectify the issues.
We placed an order. I checked in the order and there seemed to be some confusion because the website noted it as cancelled. I ordered the product on another site and it was in process. I reached out to this company to make sure the money would be refunded. Seemed to be a misunderstanding but they processed my refund promptly. Much appreciated

Awful. This item is not at all what is represented on the website. On the website it appears to be a cute three-dimensional hand —blown ornament that is personalized. When you get it, it’s a 2 inch flat plastic disc with a picture in the middle. And the name is so small you need reading glasses to see it. The picture online goes as far as to show this thing lighting up. I wish I could put pictures here of what they show and what you actually get. Danger, danger. Do not deal with this company. I spent $33 on two little 2 inch plastic discs that are flat with an unreadable name on them.
Very disappointed in the product. Totally misleading in advertising. The ornament looked like it was a 3D beautiful Christmas Ornament, and it turns out it was just a picture in between two pieces of plastic. Very misleading.

I ordered a softball keychain for my granddaughter with her name and team she’s played with for Christmas. The keychain came, you cannot read the name or the team she’s played for, the color is just a washed out picture between some acrylic. Looks nothing like the preview online. Had to go back and forth with their customer satisfaction guarantee first I was offered 10% discount, then 20%,then 30% the last offer was 50% I was tired of going back and forth so I just accepted it. I will not be giving as a gift because it is an embarrassment the only thing it is good for is the garbage. Never again!!!!
