I ordered from this website and never got my items. When I reached out they told me that the items were delivered. I checked my neighbors and “around the house” for said items and never got them. When I sent an email inquiring where the $150 order was, I was told to get delivery information from the shipper and then they would refund/resend items. The packages were supposedly delivered by DHL but I never got them. I will never order from them again. Terrible experience and lost not only a lot of money, but these were Christmas gifts that never came.

I ordered and paid for a ring set. They will not send me any shipping updates and it is impossible to speak to customer service. I finally got a response to the many emails I sent telling me that the item is unavailable. I tried to get a substitute or refund, but no response. However, if you leave something in your shopping cart, they contact you right away and ask you to check out. I will never order anything from them again. I am going to report this to the BBB and hopefully they will investigate. Automated responses and scam site.

I ordered a beautiful lapis lazuli orgone pyramid for my boyfriend, it took 6 weeks to get here and I paid for express 5 day shipping? And, it was not what I ordered...and, it was for someones daughter according to the engraving on the bottom. It was ordered Dec 17th, I still dont have the correct item and get the run around on its shipping status. In all honesty, I will never order from this company again. The customer service is horrible, and their email replies are auto generated, so you never get to actually converse with a human being
TERRIBLE company! I ordered a ring for my son for Christmas, placed my order on 12.14.22, never received the ring. I’ve been emailing with “customer service” for almost 2 months and all they say is “we’ll check with the carrier” and continuously give me the runaround. My son still asks if his ring came yet and it’s breaking my heart. Seriously awful company and deplorable customer service.
