The website boasts 'genuine natural gemstones' but they are plastic craft gems. The item I ordered looked like something you get in a Christmas cracker. No way of returning or refunding unless you contact them via email. I've done this and all I keep getting is reply after reply asking for more detail and photos etc and still no information on how I return and get my money back. I'm glad I didn't spend more based on the photos on the website! Think I'll have to kiss my money goodbye as they don't appear to have any intention of helping me. Avoid at all costs.

This company is no good. Sent the wrong size, blamed me and said I have to pay more money to get the correct size. I don't trust this. They messed up and now I'm supposed to keep paying until I get the right product? Sounds like a scam. I am so disappointed.

I ordered a necklace for my friend on the 14/10/2024 It's now the end of December and it still has not arrived, I've sent 2 separate emails to Olivenorma regarding this issue and I have yet to receive a response. Do not use this website under any circumstances it is a complete scam. Waste of $70, was meant as a birthday present for my best friend, do not buy from this website.
