Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers frequently praise the beautiful craftsmanship, stating that the products match the lovely pictures and add a wonderful decorative touch to their homes. People also appreciate the extremely helpful support team, noting that representatives respond quickly, communicate clearly, and resolve any arising concerns quite efficiently.
Some reviewers were not happy with long delivery times, noting that packages take many weeks to arrive and frequently ship from overseas locations. Others mentioned that certain items looked completely different from the online descriptions, appearing cheaply manufactured or failing to meet reasonable expectations.
I’m happy with the look of the ring. But dissatisfied with the fact that there is no stamp of 925 when it’s supposed to be 925 sterling silver.

It took so long to arrive and when my rings finally did, they were poor quality and damaged. The "gem" (which is plastic and not a real gem) was chipped, broken and incorrectly set. The outer box was damaged aswell

Although it did take a long time to arrive, and I did get one wrong item in my order of 2 orgone pyramids, they did eventually make i right. They sent me a replacement pyramid. I haven't had good customer service with Chinese companies in the past so I was surprised that they made this right. I would recommend them to others because of this.

My print was delivered in a soft parcel package and was dog eared, bent & buckled. AUD $56 is a disgrace for what turned up. Deeply dissapppinted. I'll have to flatten the print out under something heavy then hope when I put it in a frame it will look acceptable. Won't ever buy from OliveNorma again!!
