Excellent Product
Ordered the curved blade jeans in the khaki after seeing them on instagram. They are gorgeous! So soft, really flattering and a unique streetwear style. Really pleased with this purchase. The only issue was they took a while to arrive but that may be simply the fact that I don’t often order from abroad.

was a hassle to get the jeans had to ask an outside source to convince customer service to ship it out since they took the money and said they couldnt send it out. the jeans were really good though and the embroidery was well done. i would suggest others to steer clear from these guys and find a better and more legit brand

Dear Omirad, On July 14th, I paid for order #29129 through your website. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time was stated as 15 business days. However, the order was not shipped until July 25th — an 11-day delay — and I was never informed about this issue in advance. I only found out about the delay and the product being out of stock after I contacted your support team myself. Now I’ve been told that the estimated delivery time is up to 15 days from the shipping date, meaning I may receive the package nearly a month after payment. This is unacceptable. I kindly request the following: 1. A clear explanation as to why I wasn’t informed about the delay and stock issue. 2. Confirmation of the current estimated delivery date. 3. Compensation for the delay, or a refund if delivery is further postponed. If I don’t receive a response within 3 business days, I reserve the right to file a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and leave a public review reflecting my experience. Minimalist Thick Sweatpants
So I ordered their minimalist thick sweatpants; size: L, colour: Grey. Immediately after ordering, I checked online if they were even trustworthy… I don’t know why I didn't do that earlier but after seeing all the reviews, it made me panic. I immediately emailed them requesting a cancellation for my order and demanded my money back, but they never responded. I decided to give them a chance and the sweatpants finally arrived today after two weeks (for reference I’m in Canada). Honestly, the sweatpants are nice. I wouldn’t pay nearly as much as I did (80.70 cad with delivery) but at this point, even considering I’m not getting a refund, I’m actually not upset with the product itself. The sweatpants feel really nice and warm; the quality is good too with a unique texture, and best of all, I love how it fits on me (ref. height: 5’11) The size is close to what they advertised too. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m happy with the sweatpants and thats where the compliments end. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and their tracking system is.. weird, to put it lightly. The tag was completely removed so I have no idea what the material actually is, or how to properly wash it. The stars are for the product, but not for omirad. Like all the others said, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this shady website. The most disgusting yet hilarious part is they claim 4.5 stars on trust pilot on their website. Hope this helps others.
Don’t buy!
The quality of the pants is outrageous! On the website they are made to look like jeans even the tag on these pants said „JEANS” but it’s just some cheep plastics-like material. All the branding on the product looks like items straight from temu. The support is non existent. I tried contacting them to get some help with my order but on their side it’s just silence. It’s very obvious that Omirad is just a drop shipping scam!!!

Stay Away as far as possible from Omirad I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Omirad. I placed an order with them on January 22, 2025, and as of March 4, 2025, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. The lack of communication from their end is appalling. I have reached out to them multiple times, but my inquiries have been met with complete silence. To add to my frustration, the items in my order were shipped separately without any explanation. Not knowing when or how my items will arrive has left me feeling exasperated and helpless. The time it took for them to even ship my order was unreasonable. I strongly advise against ordering from Omirad. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and negligent. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wholeheartedly do not recommend them.
