Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the clothing, featuring unique designs, soft materials, and durable fabrics that feel truly amazing to wear daily. Consumers also deeply appreciate the outstanding support team, noting how quickly and helpfully representatives resolve issues such as incorrect sizing or damaged items.
However, some people mentioned that delivery times can be quite long, explaining that packages sometimes take several weeks to arrive at international destinations. A few reviewers were not happy with the sizing inconsistencies, pointing out that certain garments can run smaller or have shorter lengths than shown in promotional photos.
The products are of good quality. Some of the pants come branded with different labels, which to me suggests that Omirad must be working as some sort of intermidiery between different designers? The products are chinese, but they are well produced which is fine (no polyester). One jeans came torn away with a big hole, Omirad was very quick to respond and initially offered to send me a new pair which I declined as I preffered to repair the one I have already. They gave me a nice discount for my next purchase instead. The customer service feels very quick, responsive and willing to help customers.
I absolutely love my jeans! Perfect fit and style. I needed support from customer service which was amazing - fast communication and really helpful. I’ll definitely order again.
First off I LOVE my pants. They are super stylish and unique and every time I wear them I get compliments and people ask where I got them (I got the cargo cropped pants) The material hangs nicely while still being light weight. Glad I discovered you guys!
I will repeat for sure!
Customer service is fantastic! I had a problem with size and they immediately provided a very interesting solution keeping kindness and competent assistance at all time. Product is excellent quality and fashion design. Thanks a lot!
The Omirad brand was great in their products, website and communication. The website has great pictures for their products which make it easy to tell what you're getting. The communication they had for my orders were also exceptional. They were easy to navigate through and know the progress for my order. The clothes I bought themselves are great quality and look very nice. Omirad is one of the clothing brands I feel is definitely worth the price.
This is my second purchase and the quality is as i expected.
Sizing chart is accurate,so no worrying over the fit! The style is insane, exactly as pictured and I have no problem recommending this brand.
The "High-Street Irregular Patchwork Plaid Curved-Cut Jeans" are very stylish. The material is thick enough for the winter. I approve of the length; they were long enough, but not touching the floor, which is good enough for me. I am 5ft7, I ordered XS
I am very grateful for the amazing customer support that Omirad offers.
I has to exchange my purchase size and they helped me right away with a new order.
Ordered a pair of pants that didn’t fit right for me, but i love this brand. They replaced the pants right away with another pair i was interested in and they are perfect! They also thru in a beanie that so cool and soft. The communication is impeccable and i will continue to order from Omirad. Hard to come across s great company with quality clothes, great customer service and such reasonable pricing. Thank-you again!!!
I was initially disappointed because my pants didn’t fit the way I desired however when I reached out to express my concerns I was blown away by the level of customer service I received they promptly responded and provided quick resolve I literally couldn’t have asked for a better response from a company as far as receiving top notch customer service I was also extremely impressed with the shipping and delivery process, the additional gift included with my purchase, as well as the quality of the material for my pants even down to how thick and durable the fabric felt
Which made it worth every penny paid
so you really do get what you pay for
I feel a company is absolutely nothing without a good customer experience and the combination of the great experience paired with quality products breeds the perfect recipe for success!
I’m excited about making additional purchases in the future and can assure you that you will be satisfied with your choice to do business with Omirad as well!
Great service Email response so quick and extremely helpful love both sets of trousers the black with leopard print and the grey with the paw print so comfy and had so many comments
Boxing curved blade jeans … greats jeans, good quality, great fit - only negative was delivery time… especially in these days when most items are delivered within a few days.
Would definitely shop again but would take into consideration delivery time.
