Easy to naviguate and good customer service. I had an issue and needed to get reimbursed, they got back to me fast and got reimbursed within a few days.

This is 2nd time I order from Omirad as my teenage son loves creative and unique products they sell. Quality is fine as well, need to be patient if you are in EU as delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks.

So impressed with Omirad! Unfortunately I had ordered the size too small for me. (Love the quality! Very nice, just needed the pants a bit bigger as I love the fit lower in the hip ) Their customer service is excellent! Not only did they reply promptly they sent me the next size up and let me keep or gift the other pair! So rare! I love that! Pay it forward spread the love! ❤️ Thanks Omirad I'll be purchasing from you guys again definitely! 🥰

I’d say omirad did pretty well, delivery was faster then i did expect, price wise it was fairly good, paid 100 bucks for 2 pairs of pants. ai liked the black denims, good quality and packaging so i would buy again.
Support team is helpful with replacements
I ordered a leather jacket and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the Omirad support team, and they replied quickly and confirmed a replacement order for my jacket that same day, for free. The new jacket arrived in about a week and luckily was not damaged and in perfect condition. The jacket itself looked just like on the photos and its quality was good. Omirad has a friendly and helpful support team and great service. Would order again!
