I was looking online the key to The sims medieval, when I found on their site, I record twice because it gave me error during the payment, I think a small bug or maybe my browser, I pay and they send me this key that when I go to the timer recording tells me that it is already in use on another account or invalid.
Contact support and after three days of email, every 12 hours to email, where every time I called for the id of the transition and several screenshot of the error that gave me on the key, I wished them in the end I wrote the wrong key, then the screenshots I sent them not even look at you.
I finally gave up, never had these problems with other sites, and support can not answer every 12 hours by answering with no resolution, I'm glad at this point to give him only € 4.80 for a key unusable.
There may be errors, surely he has send the key sent previously to someone else, if they are more serious I would send another especially after the first screenshots.

Good as long as you don't have to deal with the support.
For anyone who uses OnlineKeyStore I recommend to use another key selling service. Due a fault on their side (sending an already used key to me) it came to a discussion with the support. But instead of solving this issue fast and satisfactory the support didn't even manage to give me a specific time for a TeamViewer session the wanted. Only a timeline within the support didn't connect although I sent them the ID and Password. They argued that I want to cut the line against other customers but I only wanted to get a note when the support is ready for a TeamViewer session. They didn't refund either. I would report to a lawyer but the small amount is not worth it. Anyway in my opinion this smells like a fraud. OKS is only ok if there is no issue. As soon you have to deal with their support it is terrible.
I strongly recommend not to use this key seller.
Instant delivery is not instant but takes 24 hours. Support is not polite. Keys are photoshopped pictures, which probably means they're fake. Support doesn't respond at all. Facebook people edit their comments to make you look like a fool. Don't bother trying them. Almost every review on this page is fake or bought. Google them and you'll see who they really are.
Even here they attempt to report my review while I have just written what actually happened.
The site owners can/will attempt to scam you through something that looks legal at one point but will turn the odds against you and sue you. Stay as far away as you can!
i bought a key there and payed by moneybrookers cause PayPal and all other paymentmethods need to be verified with difficult methods.

but now the real annoying thing:
i've asked in a ticket if this game what i wanted to buy is region free.
After 48h no answer but an Mail that my ticket would be automatic closed if i don't answer so i logged in, looked in the ticket and??? no respons from Support...so on what kind of message should i respond when there is no message?
Anyway, i got my answer from an other source so i bought it, cause it sould be region free.

the Programm says that this key is invalid so i made an screen to verify what i would write to the support.
Made an ticket and waited.
The only answer i've got from there was i should contact the publisher support and i was warned to say where i've got the key from.

This site lets you buy games to activate on steam/origin/whatever it's made for for less than those services will charge you.
The payment options are good and I've not had any problems with it whatsoever. I'm only rating it 4/5 because I haven't bought that much through the site. But if you want to buy any game, this is probably the best way to get them.
I'm a eager user of Steam, and I often buy steam games, but my main problem is the very steep price of those games. I then one day found OKS, (OnlineKeyStore), and discovered that I could get Steam game-keys almost 50% cheaper. I haven't bought any AAA titles from Steam since then, always through OKS.
The only reason I give this 4 and not 5, is that I have had a problem with a preorder, where I didn't get the key on release date, that is all.
I'd purchase keys from OKS anytime.
Ordered a key a few days ago, The game's site said it had already been used.
Contacted support, was told to send in a screenshot as proof. Waited 24h, re-sent the email..waited another 24h with no response, resent. Opened a dispute with paypal, 24h later it was "Resolved"
I did receive a refund, but I really just wanted a WORKING key.

The support is pretty fast, the keys are cheap and in the end you always get what you ordered.
Also when you got the bad luck that the key got revoked my publisher, you get a new one.
Just a little minus for the uptime. The site is every once in a while not reachable. What I figured out is that the site can't handle all the requests. Too many customers^^
I've had the opportunity to buy 3 games from this store and the whole process was painless. Although one of the games took a bit longer than expected to be delivered (~2 hours more), the prices alone and the fact that you can get the game on the very same day is alone worth the money spent. Keep on the good work!

While the keys are good, cheap, and I've never had a bad key, the key delivery time is also more than on par. Just don't ever use the support. The support is pretty non-responsive. Had a problem with the cart they never responded to and just sent me automated "respond if this is an issue" e-mails. Finally ended up fixing it myself after experimenting with it but lost the holiday sales during that time due to my inability to make other purchases.
All in all. Good prices, good delivery, support is God-awful and non existant, if you make one complaint about them to be heard, they tend to get a bit irked on that same medium.
(Edit) Still a good site to buy keys and competitive pricing. Will attest the keys are legit from here.

honest review although we are always trying to improve support it is however hard when we have so many tickets and so little staff which is the main issue, we are however recruiting atm and training so we hope to have doubled the workforce within 60 days

There site looks very professional, they say they have live chat 'online' at the top, but in-fact they don't. I purchased a game from there a few days ago, i only used there website once before and didn't have any problems.
This time, i received a used product key, i new straight away they probably wouldn't believe me. After waiting a few days for a reply, he asked me to take a screen shot of my origin account to show that i wasn't telling lies. No worries, i took a screen shot and they sent me another key which worked fine. Don't get me wrong, they make u wait over a week for a reply.
I must say, there support isn't very good at all, if they don't contact you back i would suggest contacting Moneybookers, paypal, or your bank to get the money back. I contacted moneybookers they said contact us back if they don't offer u any options, so if anyone else has any problems like this, wait a week for reply, if not contact them again, if no reply after a few days contact who you paid with.
There site is good, just the support is terrible. It's a chance you take with this site, you might end up with a bad product key, you might end up with a working one, it's the chance you take.
3/5 since they sent me a new key which worked.

Having bough a key from them for an MMO, the key that they provided turned out to be invalid. I have logged a support ticket and have received no feedback in over 48 hours except for a request to upload a screenshot, which I did. Attempts to contact them on their facebook page to request feedback resulted in my post being deleted (as well as several other people complaining of similar problems and lack of support) and they issued a blanket notice stating anyone asking for support would be banned from their facebook page.

Still no response as of yet. I am no longer interested in trying to resolve the issue and have asked for a refund.

The response time has been no where near 24 hours. As it is now the 26th Jan, more than 9 days since my last response, with no resolution in sight, simply vague promises of a refund which seem to be empty.
Also, I find it ludicrous and incredibly insulting that you characterise unhappy clients as spammers when they're not receiving the product they paid for and have had no responses in contacting you through your customer support, and naturally try to find other means of contacting you. Perhaps if you actually provided proper support, you wouldn't have people trying to contact you via facebook and your forums. Your attitude towards unhappy clients who do not get the product they paid for is deplorable.

facebook is not for support and never will be, comments there chasing tickets and support will always be deleted and spammers or people that ignore the rules and carry on are banned yes.
we will just refund or replace via support, the response time there is stated as 24 hours anyway

I received the key used, and the support is very slow! 24 hours after I open the support ticket, I request a refund by Paypal. I think they do not want to solve my problem. Stay AWAY! Don't buy anything from this store, they are SCAM. You will receive an used key! :@

because 24 hours is the minimum response time for both sending keys and responding to tickets, sure it was bad to receive a faulty product but we could have solved it had you been slightly more patient

I too had the same issue, however I was able to resolve the problem long before their support replied to the support ticket the next day using common sense, although it does say that this is a retail key not a digital one, so that was an expected issue.
That said all thier suuplied links for obtaining the iso were no longer available... so bear that in mind before leaping in without understanding. As for my other purchases from them... zero problems.

I received a used key and after a lengthy support ticket they would always fob me off. So I went to look for a refund from alertpay. Alertpay refunded me but not after online keystore said I was doing this for fraudulent purposes. They also deleted my support account to pretend I never got in touch with them. STAY AWAY!!!
Update: They tried to have my review removed. They are insidious and everyone should STAY AWAY!

any dispute or charge back is a bannable offence this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, we would have simply exchanged or refunded had you asked.
