Awesome customer service all-around: Great response time to inquiry, excellent communication and follow-up. The solution was great. It would have only been better if the original unit could have been serviced or salvaged in some way - it feels wasteful that a discontinued product cannot be supported and must be enter the wastestream.
On May15th 2023 I ordered the 710 Max dive light and still have not received it 29 days later. I chose to order directly from OrchaTorch instead of buying from Amazon in fear of receiving a knockoff. I also chose to go with OrchaTorch due to the positive reviews. I reached out to OrchaTorch and only received an email indicating they are work on it and coming up on a week and still have not heard anything update. If you buy direct from OrchaTorch, beware!
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will strive to improve our transportation service to the best of our ability.
I bought an Orcatorch D530V with a snoot. The thread of the snoot had a different diameter from the torch, so it would not stay attached but fall out again. After some annoying back and forth, Orcatorch agree to send a replacement head and snoot - and they have exactly the same problem. It is clearly not a "rare" problem (as they claim) and there is clearly no quality control. Stay away!
We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may have brought you. We will endeavor to enhance the product quality to the best of our abilities.
Everything was great, the product and also the service, thank you!
I’m very thankful the manufacturer was able to step in and assist me with the purchase where our local retailer was I am able to. My experience with this company was outstanding. I highly recommended their products. Shannon
I contacted the customer service department regarding my Orca dive light. The response I received was absolutely outstanding. They responded to my e-mail almost instantly and resolved my issue completely and surpassed all of my expectations.
Awsome product….ticks all my boxes and fulfils my diving needs. Very happy customer 🤘
The focus beam work amazing on surface, however, 300 lumen is not enough for day diving, and distance greatly reduced. If only you could upgrade mine for 2000 lumen LED, this would be amazing tool for day search.
Great product with minimal packaging. Good price and shipping costs. Exactly what I was looking for in a dive torch.
Great lights I like the laser in my torch to point things out. I made 18 dives over a week with two torches and 2 beacons. Everything was flawless
The torch is a great product. It seems to be of good quality and provides the light (lumens) I was looking for underwater for recreational diving. Delivery was poor. The international courier provided status updates until it cleared customs in Australia. After that, there was no delivery status visibility at all. On ordering, I was advised delivery in 5-10 days. I received the torch after 25 days!
The dive light was packaged phenomenally. Truly happy to have supported Orcatorch. My boyfriend who has recently become a dive instructor is so very excited to use a canister dive light.
For the cost of the product you receive you can't beat it.
Individual packaging for my batteries.
Every Orca Torch Product I own is FANTASTIC!!!! I would highly recommend to any of my diver friends to buy Orca Torch!
The battery life underwater was great especially in the cold water.
I would have given 5 stars if the official Orca Torch store was in the US it's in China took 3 weeks to get other than that I'm very pleased with the purchase.
