We have Orcatorch on board our yacht purcahsed previous captain. I founded it has never been used and never been in the water. The turn on button not working. The torch turn on it self and turn off independatly without my touch. I contact the manufacterer and they couldnt help and ask me to send back to Chine. Why should I buy something in Europe if I have to deal with China. If you sell something in Europe you should have a representative in Europe. I am not happy with their torch and I will not buy it any other their products ever again. Good luck if you do so.
Brand new. Full y charged batteries. First dive fine. Second doesn’t turn on. Will flash twice, then no more. Followed instructions about locking/unlocking. Does not work. VERY disappointed. Pricey purchase for one dive.
Bought a new torch and had some questions about it and their Customer Support person (Jimmy) was absolutely fantastic! He got back to me quickly on every question I had and went over and above to sort things out for me! Thanks to him, all my torches from now on will be Orca torches! IT's great getting this kind of support!
It seems I have the same problem as your customer Katie Porter. I bought my D520 from Ocean Dive Supply Philippines 11th December 2024 and used it without problems on my trip ending April 2025. I am about to go on my next trip to the Philippines at the end of December 2025 but upon checking the torch it doesn't seem to be charging or working. The torch battery has been removed from the torch since the end of that last trip at the end of April 2025 - I am most seriously displeased, this is just not acceptable. What do Orcatorch propose to resolve this issue? I believe I should be provided with a replacement unit.
I’ve had the mk2 since June and it’s been fine went on a dive in September with full battery light wouldn’t come on, now it flickers on if it feels like it

I only used it on one trip, and it worked fine, four months later I am getting ready for my next trip and it will not work… I have charged the battery, I’ve tried charging it twice, it won’t work anymore…

Product description was clear and page easy to navigate and choose option on torch. Tracking was simple and delivered on time 😃. Packed well and good instructions but as it’s a torch the charging instructions were understandable and it works well so in all delivery great , well informed, great carry case and torch - no issues and bought in sale fo VFM - would buy again hassle free
