Orcatorch D520 - FAILURE
It seems I have the same problem as your customer Katie Porter. I bought my D520 from Ocean Dive Supply Philippines 11th December 2024 and used it without problems on my trip ending April 2025. I am about to go on my next trip to the Philippines at the end of December 2025 but upon checking the torch it doesn't seem to be charging or working. The torch battery has been removed from the torch since the end of that last trip at the end of April 2025 - I am most seriously displeased, this is just not acceptable. What do Orcatorch propose to resolve this issue? I believe I should be provided with a replacement unit.
