I will never order from this company again. First-they never gave me a delivery date. I had to email them twice to get an estimated date of delivery. Second-the product was incredibly small per their measurements online. Third-they have made returning the item virtually impossible. It’s taken me 4 emails and almost a week to get them to tell me how to return it, and now I have to mail it to China and pay $35 in shipping! They have refused to reimburse my original purchase price of $57.

unfortunately you added a lot of costs that were NOT apparent with your original site view of charges - this will make me NOT use your site again I believe it is poor site practice I cannot recommend you on this basis -cots should be upfront and clear

If I could put no stars I would. Want to return dress as not good quality, but the only choice is to have 50% voucher, which I wouldn’t use as wouldn’t use this site again. 30% refund if I return to China. Pay for return myself which will cost up to £20 tracked and they will refund half the postage if it’s over 50% of dress. Looks like they have me over a barrel. No way to get my money back! Do not use this site!

No customer service. Tried 10 times to place a simple order. Sent multiple service tickets and never resolved was sent computer generated answers to FAQ.

Absolutely terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality. The colour was faded and the design all pixelated.Bought dooner covers for a special gift. Spent $150 each. The quality is worth maybe $10. I’m actually embarrassed to gift these to anyone. Plus shipping took more than 6 weeks.

Posting times are terrible, there isnt any disclaimer that the products takes 4 weeks to arrive. The quality better be above what I am reading or I wont complete a follow up review. I thought giving them 3 weeks to pack and send would be more than enough time to get the item to me but alas it looks like Im going to be shelling out for a gift that this product was supposed to fill. Probably a good company to steer clear of in future if you want goods to arrive in a timely manner. The positive reviews may be self submitted to balance out the real reviews.

0 stars. Photos were not of the purchased product. Extra charges occurred in checkout and order displayed wrong specifications chosen by me. Materials were horrendous cheap trash from china, certainly not befitting the price

I was trying to reach $115 to get a discount but very hard to do this. I did not know that insurance, shipping charges etc would be added at the end and tried a few times to go back to my order cart but this presented difficulties. the purchase cost more than I had planned.

Unwearable due to qualify and tiny size

I finally received my order the shirt style would be great in a better material but the main thing is the size I ordered xL and the label claims to be xL but it is not infact it is tiny iwould never order from this company again

Such bad quality

The quality of the boots I got is shockingly poor. The product was extremely overpriced for the material used and the photos in no way matched what arrived in the post. Reviewed the product on the website but alas they said they were not accepting any more reviews and my photos would not upload. I wouldn't trust any product from this company
