1 star – Only because zero isn't an option! Well, I've officially learnt my lesson about ordering before reading reviews. Customer service? Non-existent. Pretty sure I'd have better luck contacting the dead with a Ouija board. The tracking number they've sent me apparently belongs to an imaginary parcel travelling through Narnia, because it doesn't exist! Honestly, I should've ordered from Temu! Never thought I'd be saying that, but at least they offer free returns, working tracking numbers and customer service that actually responds! At this point, I reckon my parcel is being delivered by a three-legged turtle with no sense of direction. Save your $$$ and shop elsewhere! Unless you enjoy throwing money into the abyss and playing hide-and-seek with a company that clearly doesn't want to be found. Absolute circus. 🤡
