The clothing I purchased took several weeks to arrive, to the extent that I thought it was a scam!
Finally, they arrived. Quality is ok but the size is not accurate. I checked the size guide prior to ordering and followed the guide,
I’m not going to get involved in returning these, it took weeks for them to arrive so I’ll just put it down to experience. Needless to say I won’t be using Ouku again.

I initially complained about the sizing of their product and the fact that it could not be returned as it was an item of swimwear. I received a prompt reply, an apology and the offer of a full refund which I accepted and it was quickly paid.
I personally believe there is still the issue of sizing but their customer service proved to be excellent.

The goods never arrived! I was fobbed off with various excuses. A waste of time and money. OUKU have now paid me a refund. I wish them well but they will need to improve their customer services.

Have placed three orders.
First one was a shirt for a party- never arrived
Second one came in the promised time and all items good value and fitted ok
Third one I ordered 17th January and delivery time advised 6-9 days. As of today 27th January the order is still being "processed" and delivery could be up to the 14th February.
Its a shame the clothes are good value and quality but you really cant trust when and if you will ever receive them!

Purchased a mens 'winter parker jacket, cotton hooded shirt.
What turned up from this Company was disappointing, the patern / wasn't close enough to the website picture, and the construction won't keep an English winter at bay as it's more a lined shirt than a jacket ...
There was little, (gb) about the end to end process, other than the website in English is slick. Delivery to the UK wasn't indicated as being from China, and as such was way too slow.
Pricing for a jacket, was too good to be true - and of course ultimately was !
The website sizing chart was fairly accurate, though.
We wife tried hard to say the item looked good, but was as clearly as dissapointed as me; and suggested we walk instead into our local SuperDry Store.
Having read through the negative Company reviews, (& see some clearly fake ones) I see that returning this, (as not as described) isn't going to be worth the cost or effort, so will put it in a charity bin.

Use this company with caution - quality is not great
BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION . Bought an item- not happy with quality of the fabric so now want to return it but no response from return ticket process- seems like customer service does not exist.
Updated - Ouku did eventually respond to my request and offered a credit note and I could keep the item- which was fair but to simply get a refund was made a difficult option with postage return to China etc. so I went for the credit note- I used this to by some shoes for gardening- the shoes arrived, were again ok but although I ordered a size 43 they are just a bit too small in length so not using them.
I would change my 1 star DO NOT USE to a 2 star - USE WITH CAUTION and know to expect products to be of a lower standard than you would normally expect in the UK.

I have no idea,what you mean by a ticket I bought a jacket that was too small and there was no invoice with the price or the address to be able to return item,this is not good service
1st purchase received within 3wks and all ok. Went for a 2nd purchase and it took 2 weeks for Ouku to admit item out of stock. Now saying 3 weeks for a refund. Passed issue to PayPal. No more custom from me iam afraid.
Beware of this mail-order company! Everything is shipped from Asia and they do not willingly accept returns! They received a second star only because they do actually reply to my customer service inquiries, but have not yet accepted my return. Two thumbs down.
Very poor quality clothes, ridiculous size guides (amended review re refunds)
Very poor quality clothes. You cannot rely on their size guides at all (the sizing is truly ridiculous) and the items arrive without tags (or protective liner sticker on swimsuit). They take weeks and weeks to deliver and won't accept returns without the tags that aren't there in the first place!
Update: after raising a dispute with Paypal the seller has agreed to refund all items. I've increased the star rating for that reason, but my opinion of the quality of clothes or sizing guides is unchanged.
Purchased a pair of trousers from this company.
The main problem is the sizing. I am average waist in UK but even 2XL does not fit.
Secondly the material was meant to be suitable for hiking but seemed too delicate.
Thirdly, as they are based in China it's nigh on impossible to return as you cover postage. They did offer 20% refund without needing to return which was nice.
Suggest they understand who they are selling to and change their sizes to suit rather then blindly exporting local clothes.
