last November I ordered a polo and received a wrong one. Sent it back,paid $ 10.40 postage and still waiting for the replacement polo shirt. Who is looking after me or how can I rate this order?

The site took me away from multiple items I was ordering and was initially confusing until my wife told me how to respond. The shipping charges seem excessive, especially as I was ordering a lot and I feel there could have been a discount. A shipping insurance charge was made without our being given an option to reject it. It is the first time I have seen such a thing being added to an online order.
