Horrible gaming site. I won thousands and they took it saying the play through was complete. Don't deposit a dime with this scammer website. They are terrible and dishonest. The customer service agent is full of excuses. As if reading the terms and conditions should include ways to rip people off.

They are trying to blast these few casinos with free welcome bonus chips, but will attempt to steal those and change rules on the fly AND DIRECTED ME to ensure they could trap you within their own vague policies that change even for fifty dollars. The VERY minimum withdrawal limit. Already down a star AT LEAST for that limit and this vague bonus, plus the kyc req. So IMAGINE WHAT THEY WILL DO TO DENY YOU MUCH LARGER WITHDRAWALS?!? Do not risk your money when there are fifty other better sites with these exact games that you can play on. I have that proof and their own words to show that. This is what happened to me and will happen to you if you decide to not read on and risk your money here. I cleared a no deposit bonus welcome chip, yes.. thus is just for a welcome chip bare minimum. The bonus came with standard very high wagering and a max withdraw of $50 despite giving you a chip worth 100 to 200, obviously the trap. The bonus is supposed to be only played on slots, and obviously I did so, and where it will not allow you to play on table games WHILE having an active bonus... that is in the software until you clear the wagering. This bonus drops to that $50 after wagering, which is ALSO conveniently the min withdrawal limit you need to withdraw winnings. No matter what you're at, which while obviously a cheap tactic, that isn't ALSO my issue here lol... Another 2 stars down. Knowing casinos and being an expert on slot and casino RNG properties.. An expert on the use of provider bonus spin skipping, win throttling and individual RTP manipulation algorythms, I test many casinos for these exploits, and this is one of them. Your bonus funds are weighed much heavier in positive rng, while funds cleared wagering and open to withdrawal will have MUCH WORSE RNG to weigh your average RTP to be instantly worse into you've dropped below the threshold that does not allow redeeming of the balance. THAT IS ALSO NOT THE MAIN ISSUE I HAVE THEM GUILTY OF VIOLATING NUMEROUS REGULATIONS THEY SIT OUTSIDE OF. Minus 3 stars, and we're already below zero. This is where you view a casino to be predatory. Just HOW predatory, that is determined when they direct you to directly take actions that will make your balance stolen or negated by rules they change or make vague in order to not let the house lose. Back to my experience... So of course while I'm aware of ALL the latter, while being so close to wagering req, I repeatedly checked back to the EXACT spins amount required to test their fairness. But on the last spin req... the bonus did NOT indicate it was cleared, my balance remained around $150... my funds were bonus funds still. So I of course spin one extra time, and it cleared wagering, BUT reduced my balance to UNDER $50, not AT fifty where it was supposed to be, and thus worthless to test a withdrawal. As i said... I know that this is as close to a scam already by now as you can come, but I won and I cleared wagering. But i know also that the SECOND you have cleared wagering funds, those machines will stop paying and go to negative RNG heavy. So i check with them and the rules and policy of the bonus, and then i clarify with support, and the suggestion THEY GAVE ME was now that those funds were cleared, the casino would allow you to play blackjack .. which may provide better RNG, and of course this is indicated in the terms that these funds are no longer subject to bonus restrictions. So I played one hand VIDEO blackjack, and I got it back over fifty. So to withdraw, I begin the kyc they require to withdraw... it passes obviously. BUT when I go to withdraw it says there was a gameplay violation, and then support gives me THE OPPOSITE story here, which was that ALL OF A SUDDEN you cannot play blackjack EVEN WITH CLEARED WAGERING... NORMAL BALANCE funds. I gave them and ordered screenshots that had shown that they had negated this being an issue, and that they encouraged me to do this method. This was also excused at their sister casino they say it's not theirs but it's, at limitless casino. I argued that point, pointed out the rules, pointed out how the casino allowed my playing blackjack and offered screenshots but they still took the measly fifty dollars. This is the end of my testing, and as promised I'll be sharing this every place that allows complaints and claims. This casino and their sister casinos that they say are not theirs, limitless casino, bettywins casino, and so far also Brango casino.. should be avoided. If not for the obvious normal issues, then DEFINITELY for the fact they will mislead and commit fraud.

I was then told to get that $50. I must get verified with my identity. Took me five days and i finally got verified. Can I get that $50? No I can’t. I never made an initial deposit first. Whatever initial deposit of 10 OK I’ll make the $10 deposit and I’ll get the $50. Nope you can’t do it now you’re not eligible because of violations you played restricted games what. They will not payout anybody that wins anything off anything free.So I’m telling you now , if you sign up and you win anything off the free spins , they will do everything in there power not to pay it. I was told by a couple of customer support agents that the $50 was mine and it would be good to go as soon as I get verified and then I came across a lady named Denise one of the customers support people and she was totally opposite from the rest. She was rude and misleading. And when I tried to state my case . She said we are done here and ended the chat.
