Ordered a watch for my husband, showed our daughter after I placed the order. She wanted one too, so I placed a second order. My husband watch arrived but it's too small for him. Our daughter tried it on and it fits her . I got it engraved so I wasn't able to return it (it's too nice to return), my daughter kept it. I contacted cs and Molly was the BEST! She helped me to cancel the second order because it wasn't shipped yet. Communication was exceptional! The watch is BEAUTIFUL. My daughter have been wearing it everyday!!! I liked how it shows you the est shipping so there's no confusion. Quality is top tier too!
