Elegant Pieces & Exceptional Service

I’ve purchased from Pascal multiple times and on multiple occasions, both for myself and as gifts for my loved ones. I have always loved the elegance and high-end quality of their jewelry. Their pieces are beautiful and refined. This experience was made even better by their customer service where the team was responsive and cooperative. A lovely brand with both beautiful products and excellent service.

I ordered a watch on Aug 7th 2026

I ordered a watch on Aug 7th 2026. They never sent me any info on the watch. I emailed them to ask for an order # and when they would ship the watch out. They told me that they could not find my purchase. They charged my bank card. Thank goodness I have USAA and now they are going after them. Be careful doing business with them.

The customer service from pascal is…outstanding

The customer service from pascal is completely incredible. I received a beautiful piece that due to the style was not the right size at all, no problem at all exchanged with ease and nothing but super friendly support all the way through the process. I wear my rings all the time and everyday I get a new compliment would 💯 recommend this designer 🥰
