The site talks a lot about "no land sacrificed, no communities uprooted," but my ring shipped straight from China. Hard to square that with the eco-conscious story being told here. Customer service has been a whole thing too. After a bunch of back and forth over email, they admitted it was a quality issue and said they'd give me a full refund. Then the return portal tried to take out restocking fees, return shipping, and my original express shipping cost — none of which should've applied to a defective product based on their own policy. Had to email them again just to get the number fixed. If you're thinking about buying based on the website photos or the sustainability messaging, just know what actually shows up might not match either one. Buyer beware.
