Dear Melissa, I am sincerely sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with your order. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. On July 14, 2026, you notified us that the tabletop was missing from your delivery. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our Customer Service team partnered with our Logistics team to initiate a dock search with the carrier. A dock search involves the carrier conducting a thorough search of their warehouse to locate the missing piece. While this process can take some time, it is important that every possible location within the warehouse is checked to give us the best chance of locating your item. As of today, we have escalated this matter with our contact at the carrier and are awaiting an update. We will reach out to you as soon as we have a resolution.
