Woodard Briarwood Outdoor Furniture
I purchased the Woodard Briarwood High Back Coil Spring Wrought Iron Lounge Chairs and Woodard Wrought Iron Mesh Round Bistro Table with Umbrella Hole. This is the best outdoor furniture you can find. Everything is welded so this will last for the long run. It is worth every penny!
A very annoyed customer
I'm a very annoyed customer - this is an unreliable company that has been stringing me along for months!! I ordered 3 pieces of outdoor furniture in February and received them in JUNE without the cushions! Customer service has said they would expedite the cushions. It is now August, and I still don't have them, which means peak season for my new furniture has been lost. PatioLiving is completely unreliable, has had my $$ for 6 months and my order is still incomplete! The worst!

Great Customer Service
I had occasion to use Patio Living's chat feature. The person who helped me, Shayla, was very helpful in answering my question. I was looking for a specific seat cushion to fit my patio chair. She did not have one available, but offered to contact the chair manufacturer to see if they knew of one. She would then get back to me with their suggestions. It was very nice to have someone like that who would go the extra mile to help her customer!
Excellent quality and service
I ordered 4 Woodard sling dining chairs for my outdoor umbrella table. My experience with Patio Living from ordering to delivery has been nothing but stellar. I ordered fabric samples first and chose the Sunbrella fabric called August Alloy. The delivery was prompt and the chairs were packaged with utmost care. The chairs look fantastic, and I wish I had done the replacement sooner. I highly recommend using this company for quality and service.
Bait & Switch
The Sunbrella fabric added almost $200 to the umbrella so I switched back to Obravia. Signed up to receive emails and texts to get a 10% off coupon and when I went to use it at checkout, was told it didn't apply.
