PatioLiving was very helpful and knowledgeable (especially Grace), and prices were fair. One star lower because the shipping info communication from them was not the best. In contacting the shipping company directly, they didn’t have much more info…turns out they were only the local delivery company Pant once it reached Baltimore.
Nice covers fit our patio furniture but after 3 years they deteriorated. We only used them for about 6 months a year when the cushions were on the seating-they were inside during the winter-and we had hoped they would last longer.
Great price and reasonable delivery timing, ~ 2 wks. The new design with the zipper pulley system works well during the initial install. I would have rated my overall experience a 5 if the shipping were reduced to no more than 1 week.
