Since then, our Customer Service team has been working diligently with the manufacturer to correct this issue, provide compensation for your experience, and expedite the replacement process. Because the replacement cushions are special-order items, additional production time has unfortunately been required to resolve the manufacturer's error. We understand this delay has prevented you from fully enjoying your outdoor furniture during the summer season, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Throughout this process, our Customer Service Management team has remained in direct contact with you to provide updates and ensure your case receives continued attention. In recognition of the inconvenience caused by the manufacturer's error and the time required to correct it, we have also provided a goodwill discount as part of our commitment to making this right.
