Avoid PayCly: USD 1,000 paid and no usable service delivered
We paid PayCly USD 1,000 for payment-processing onboarding. After taking our money, they failed to provide us with a live, usable payment-processing service.
Instead, we were passed between different people and eventually directed to an “ePay” gateway that remained in a sandbox environment. Nobody took ownership of the matter, nobody could provide a reliable production date, and there appeared to be no clearly identifiable person responsible for resolving the issue.
We repeatedly tried to obtain clear answers about who was actually providing the processing service, the acquiring partner, the settlement arrangements and when we would be able to process live transactions. We did not receive satisfactory answers. Despite paying the onboarding fee, we never received the commercial outcome we paid for and never processed a single live transaction through the service.
We have requested a full refund of the USD 1,000 because no usable service was delivered. That refund remains outstanding.
Our experience has been extremely frustrating and deeply disappointing. PayCly was responsive when pursuing the onboarding payment, but once the money was transferred, responsibility became unclear and we were moved between different contacts without anyone resolving the matter.
Prospective merchants should take the other negative reviews seriously. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend that businesses do not pay PayCly any onboarding fee or use their services unless a live merchant account, the actual acquiring partner, settlement arrangements and refund protections are all independently verified and confirmed in writing beforehand.
We regret dealing with PayCly and would not recommend them. We will update this review if they provide the refund owed.

They are professional scammers. They are using fake names. They are working in a virtual office. You can not withdraw your money from your merchant account. We lost more than 10K from online payments.
They are scammers.
They provided payment service and within 2-3 days, they suspended my account for excessive refunds.
The excessive refunds were due to payment testing after our integration.
They did not even provide a separate Sanbox environment for payment testing, and they suspended my account immediately after I tested payment.
They took $2,000 for registration fee.
Do not trust this review and do not work with them.
A bunch of dishonest and conniving individuals. All fake names, fake promises. Once they take your money they don't reply.

I feel compelled to share my experience with PayCly.com as a warning to others. This company is an absolute scam, and I would advise everyone to stay far away from them.
When I initially reached out to PayCly.com, their team seemed eager to help. They promised a seamless payment processing solution tailored to my business needs. However, once I paid their setup fee (which was a significant amount), everything changed.
Communication became sparse, and the service I was promised never materialized. I was left with no functioning account, no explanation, and no refund. Every attempt to get clarity or my money back was met with vague excuses, unprofessional behavior, or complete silence.
What’s worse is the sheer dishonesty in how they operate. After my ordeal, I did more research and realized their website provides almost no real information about their company or registration. Some of the positive reviews posted here also seem highly suspicious—many look fake and lack credibility. I strongly question their validity, as my experience was the polar opposite of what those reviews claim.
PayCly.com preys on small business owners and entrepreneurs by making empty promises, taking your money, and delivering nothing. They are not a legitimate service provider, and engaging with them could cost you dearly.
Please don’t fall for their scams like I did. Do your due diligence and steer clear of this company at all costs!

A man named Leo Brown from their team is a dishonest fraudster. He convinced me to pay an upfront setup fee through Wire Transfer to Crypto, which makes it impossible to get your money back. Once they got the payment, they changed the terms of the agreement and demanded much higher fees. They force you to agree to unfair terms or lose your money.
DO NOT trust them, DO NOT send them any payments, and DO NOT let them handle your funds. They are unethical and only out to steal from you.
We are filing formal complaints with the Singapore authorities and police to report their scams. Until they are stopped, tell everyone you know to avoid Paycly.com at all costs!

If you are seeking for VISA/MC solution with minimum or no transaction failures . PayCly is the right place for you. You even get the dashboard access with Realtime assistance from CS & BO team.
Myself Folashade I ran into Paycly via a friends recommendation. I found their payment offerings to be top notch with good customer support. They even work to resolve the issue in weekends if required.
As a business I thought to never go with this provider but as all my present solution got scrapped I left with no option but to go with them. After trying I found it to be legit with good payment solution.
I had contacted a year ago but due to internal reason could not start but once I did find out it be awesome provider with great support & multiple payment option. My business is running smoothly & I recommend PayCly to all high risk solution merchants.
They act with fake names and identities, at first provide quite good conditions and then start making your brain for 2 weeks with some questions, filling in rediculous forms etc. In the end they change conditions to quite another and much higher. For sure don't recommend them.
I have been contacted by these Indian people, Who claim to be in Singapore. The person I spoke with (Vira wong) had a very strong Indian accent and was using a profile picture that is not hers as a simple google image search revealed. They have been contacting me from several different profiles. It is very concerning that they ask for a high establishment fee, then say they would reduce it by 50% if I sign with them. I utilise credible merchant payment systems and have never been asked for an establishment fee, please be very cautious with these people. I would say it is highly likely they are profession scammers!
I had concerns about scams, but my experience with Paycly was excellent. From applying for a merchant account to setup, everything was seamless. Special thanks to Mr. Leo Brown for his unwavering support. The team was responsive and professional, and their multi-currency support and fraud prevention measures are top-notch. Highly recommend their services!
