We're sorry to hear about this, and we understand how disappointing it is to lose $700 in deposit, especially when a site credit could have felt like a fair alternative. We do want to share that airline policies typically allow ticket voiding only within a specific window of time after booking, and once that window passes, the fare rules no longer allow for a refund or void. We'd still like to take a closer look at your case to see what options may be available.
