No prescription info on checkout!
Your webbshop is awesome! I have never found a store with so many colored lenses with PRESCRIPTION! :D I'm forever greatful for that BUT! You should have the prescription information one chose on their lenses on the checkout. It's already stressful with online shopping when you can't see the real product before you and I felt a big deal of friction when I couldn't see the prescription I chose in the end of my order. It's stressful because you already are afraid something will go wrong with your order and it doesn't help that you think that you MIGHT get the wrong prescription :(

Nice products, decent prices-annoying shipping
I really love pinky paradise for their products and that their site is very trustworthy. I'm happy to shop somewhere online where I feel safe with my information and money. I've always liked the products I've gotten, they are true to what the website says and shows and I love that they show pictures of real people (on some products-I wish they had pictures for ALL the products) Now the cons....buying a decently priced pair of contacts is great but 6-7 dollars for global mail that takes my order up to 30 bucks and takes sometimes 3 weeks to a month to get here (ten processing days and 12-18 days to ship it here-give or take from my experiences) kinda bums me out. I understand the issue with them shipping out products from so far away and to so many places, but I don't want to have to pay 15 or more dollars just to get fast/decent shipping. Last thing is, I find tracking my package to be a pain. Sometimes the site that pinkyparadise takes you to to track your package will say "unknown" or that it can't find the package on and off and anytime you want to see where your package might be, you have to go get your tracking number by checking your order, go back to the track and trace, put in your number, be taken to the other site and hope you can see where your package is. But yeah overall: great products, trustworthy site, decent prices and annoying shipping.

Kindly be informed that the Global Mail (14-25 business days) requires 10 processing days exclude weekend to update the tracking number as we will only receive the tracking number once the package arrived in DHL hubs (Germany/Singapore). Good quality, but not truthfull offers
I honestly would have rated it 5 stars based on the quality and shipping time of my newest lenses, however I was extremely disappointed with the fact that there is currently a withstanding offer of one pair of free lenses with every order. I ordered a pair of circle lenses, however I did not receive this free pair. Although I understand that you are running a good quality company, I suggest that you do not promote such lies if you are not going to follow them through. But the lenses I did actually receive are comfortable, and absolutely beautiful, thank you.

The first time I bought from pinkyparadise I had a wonderful experience, which is why I came back. I like the contacts, the website is easy to use and the shipping is fairly fast, or so I thought. I ordered some red geo lenses and they shipped on Dec. 31st it is now Feb. 2nd and my lenses are nowhere in sight. This makes me disappointed, especially since I really like their lenses because now I'm questioning on whether I should buy from them again or not.

I had no problem with my order. Shipment was really good (as for the cheapest which I chose) it came few days before it was said to arrive, lenses were in perfect condition, wrapped in safe packaging. But what I dislike is availability of products. I had to wait something about week (well, not that bad then) for lenses being in stock, now I want to buy EOS New Adult Grey but again I have to wait and it's annoying. I wish I could buy them soon.

First Experience
I discovered PinkyParadise through Youtube. Since then i've always wanted a pair of Circle Lenses. I was a little hesitant before buying them because many people said they can damage your eyes; therefore, I surfed the internet looking into circle lenses. For my Birthday I received a gift card, so i decided to finally buy a pair of circle lenses. The circle lenses came on time, which i was very content about. When I tried them on, i loved it! They looked Gorgeous and they were very comfortable. I cant wait to buy more circle lenses.

Terrible experience i ordered a pair of contact lenses and payed for them and a few days later they said i couldnt have them since they dont match and told me to pick different ones so i did still couldnt have those ones either so after about a week of going through this i eventually found a pair they said matched so they processed the order. Then a few days later i send them a message saying i wish to cancel my order as they wont get to me by the time i need them so it was pointless having them, i never got a reply back for that, and finally after about another week i get an email from them saying my order has been shipped even though i told them to cancel it. So now i am getting something i dont even want and will probably never use. Never ordering from here again and never recommending it to others.
Tons of selection, good service, and lots of promotions (Order #269815)
PinkyParadise has probably the widest range of selection of all the circle lens sites I've seen. They provide good service (The lens prescription I chose was out of stock, and they promptly emailed me so that I could choose a different prescription or lens), and they have great promotions for Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays. The site doesn't allow for half stars, but I would have preferred to give them a 4.5. The half point reduction being mainly because of the amount of time it takes for them to ship out products. If you're planning on using the lens for an event, make sure you plan very early in advance in order to receive your lens on time!
Quick service but lots of out of stock products (#269495)
After I ordered a product I got an email telling me they were out of stock even though I'd already paid. :( But they allowed me to swap for another and transactions were very prompt! :))
Great site for circle lenses.
Everything is out of stock all the time. Their products arrive fast. Shipping is expensive unless you get the free shipping. The products I bought were alright. My eyes were sore and irritated for a while. I might have used it improperly. The BBCream broke me out. But it could just be my sensitive skin. Point system is nice. Site is easy to use
Still no package
I have not received no information on my package and it has been over a month.... Hopes are still there but if I still do not receive anything in the mail, I will no longer recommend this site.

So I ordered 3 pairs of lenses and pinky paradise messaged me the next day telling me they were out of stock. They could give me a refund or I could choose different lenses. I chose 3 different lenses and it turned out they were out of stock as well. This time, pinky paradise said they could give me their suggestions and i took them! Though it did get a little frustrating that the lenses i wanted were always out of stock, the customer service was amazing and it definitely helped a lot. They were friendly and patient. I will be ordering again, but hopefully the lenses will be in stock ;) Thank you!

Great products, adorable site set up [which is easy to navigate] and reasonable prices. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars from me is an odd glitch they had with pay-pal [not a big deal and it was VERY quickly sorted] that made my heart sink for half a second. I ordered my very first pair of circle lenses in the beginning of November, mostly because of the offer of free shipping worldwide due to Halloween. Since shipping is always a bit pricy, I'm always happy to not pay it, so it was the perfect opportunity. I ordered Geo Nudy Pink lenses and I am also very happy with the lenses I recieved. They are great quality and look amazing. Unfortunately my order had been forgotten for almost a month. Since the site itself said that shipping can take 14-25 days I wasn't too worried, but after the 25 days passed I finally wrote an email asking what happened. The customer service was great, I was told that they were very sorry and that I would recieve my lenses with express mail (for free!) because of this, so they finally arrived very quickly, which I was very happy about. Unfortunately, the free Lens case that's supposed to come with each pair of lenses and the free gift I was supposed to get due to entering a code (Irodohieru, if anyone was wondering) did not come with the package. I then sent a mail to them asking if I could still get these items. Obviously I was told that that's not possible (which only makes sense, since these were free gifts and shipping is after all expensive for them as well). I was told, though, that I would get the free lens case with my next order. Even though the customer service was amazing and the lenses are great, I am wondering what even went wrong that I just didn't get everything in one go after I ordered. Also, a pair of circle lenses without lens case is pretty useless, and god knows when I'll order again. Due to this experience I likely won't order at PinkyParadise again. Still I got to say that I am sure that mistakes like that don't usually happen, and I've read a lot of very positive reviews as well, so don't be too discouraged to buy there~ :)
Ships FedExes late, never responses to Customer Service Inquiries
I needed a set of lenses ASAP for an event, and ordered them on a Tuesday Oct 21, paying the same price that the lenses were for FedEx Priority - basically $45 total ($23 for the lenses, $22 for shipping). PP waited all of Wednesday Oct 22, then shipped the lenses Thursday Oct 23, ensuring that I would NOT receive them by Saturday 10/24. Now I'm here on a Monday, Oct 27, when they were delivered and now useless. I send messages twice about this, and no response at all from Customer Service. I need to find a North American provider!
