You can really see the difference in how it helped our dealership progress. I found podium asking chatgpt what is the best chat tool for our website and it suggested podium. I was 2 months before we signed up because of the holidays and thinking that it will be stressful and hard to transfer our Voip phones and main as well as integration to our system, but staff made it easy and will couple of hiccups, everything was in line with our expectations. Never regret that we did signed up with them. Josh helped us a lot, Laura on onboarding and Derrick our performance manager are awesome. As well as all the staff.
