Pollo AI is a versatile, all-in-one AI platform designed to democratize video and image creation. It acts as a multi-model hub, integrating top engines like Kling AI and Runway into a single, user-friendly interface accessible via its Web platform and iOS/Android apps. Its robust feature set goes far beyond basic generation. Key capabilities include Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video, alongside powerful creative tools like the AI Animation Generator, which can transform footage into over 30 styles, including anime and Pixar. For dynamic character content, the platform offers the AI Avatar Video Generator (turning a photo into a talking spokesperson for up to two minutes), the AI Mimic Motion tool (transferring movement from a reference video to a static photo), and dedicated workflows for generating trending, multi-scene AI Shorts. Pollo AI makes high-quality, professional-grade visual content both fast and accessible for creators of all levels.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the video and image generation, noting that the platform is very easy to use and fast. Many people find it to be a practical and creative tool that successfully streamlines their workflow and brings their original ideas to life.
Some reviewers were not happy with credit consumption, mentioning that credits were used up quickly or wasted when the artificial intelligence misunderstood prompts. A few other people also felt that there were occasional issues with prompt fidelity, where the final output did not accurately match their exact instructions.

Some (most?) of models won't work for free credits. Which ones? No idea. The only way is attempting to generate an image and seeing 'This feature is unavailable with your current plan' or not.
Pollo Image 1.6 is godawful. And when you attempt to delete stillborn disasters generated by aforementioned model you get another 'This feature is unavailable with your current plan' pop-ups. (Thankfully gend get deleted.) I managed to generate something serviceable with GPT-Image-1, but inability to make the gen private (unless you pay) made me delete it. Highly unrecommended unless you enjoy a sour taste in your mouth.

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by your poor service experience.
1. The credit requirements vary depending on the model. You can check the required credits before using the model. Once you have the required credits, you will no longer be unable to use the model. It's likely that you don't have enough credits. You can earn more credits by checking in, etc.
2. Since you don't have a membership, if you don't need to post videos or photos, you can delete them so they won't be uploaded.
Thank you for your use. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service staff.
We wish you a pleasant stay.
Videos created were mediocre at best. The tool is a work in progress.

While I truly enjoy the site and the tools to create videos, however, I didnt get my money's worth, as I created my character prompt it to speech, it automatically give it a language that's not English which I hoped or expected to be, so i basiclly messed my coins up having a bad experience.

Great Work, Video does not do what is written even with very basic instruction, would give 5 star if there is a way to predict what you getting or have the right to refuse the outcome
