I like what Pollo does but don't like how expensive it is.
I like what Pollo does but don't like the price for the service because I'm a 71 year old senior and don't have a lot of money to spare. Reve is an image generator but they are good with their pricing. Pollo needs to follow their business model where you can buy credits and not be forced to be on an exprensive subscription plan. If they do that, they will get 5 stars from me for sure.

I spent most of the first months credits on a single image, a dripping tap and it just didn't get it right, if you have a the right image its awesome, but to pay for failure is just cheeky. Also when trying to cancel it is really painful

Well, I have to say, Pollo Ai defiantly makes some of the clearest and smoothest AI generated videos that I've ever seen, But it does not always follow your prompts they way it should. Also It's just a little too pricy for the amount of generations you get. I can easily go through 300 credits in a day...

i signed up on pollo ai and created a video and it was a personal data then I when I wanted to delete it they asked for a subscription this is absolutely ridiculous that to delete any video i have to firstly pay for subscription now I have payed and I am asking for a refund but their support team is not responding and on tuesday the sent an automated reply team starts working on monday this is a complete scam please dont use it at all if i get response and I get the refund I'll give an update.
UPDATE: I received a message day after sending email to pollo ai that they will refund and they refunded as promised plus gave me some credits around 200 for free soo Thanks for that secondly an advice recommended for pollo ai to update their product so that whenever someone is uploading this should be clearly told to people that this video will go public secondly i think deletion option shouldn't be available only if you have purchased the subscription that's completely irrelevant.
but again they refunded me my amount. so good customer service

It is advertised as a free trie website with which you can try out stuff but whether you clicked it pre or(!) after the video upload you can only stop your privately made projects from publishing by paying 25$ or it’s up. It seems like a scam or is very misleading and what you said in the answer below is not true. You have at no point the opportunity to click not to. It’s not publicized like that and incredibly misleading. I would very much appreciate to have someone help remove or delete photos and projects as I have already written an email
