The overall experience is okay. Designing the products is easy. The fulfillment time and the time it takes to actually receive the merchandise is too long, in my opinion. The quality of the polo shirts shipped from the American factory is above average. However, I wish there were more colors to choose from, especially for the spring and summer months. Black is too hot for these seasons. Lastly, shipping is too expensive for bulk orders coming from China. The bulk price is affordable but they make their dollars up in the shipping and handling, which takes the price back to the initial charge almost.
Popcustoms has an incredibly helpful team that is always there when I need support. Daisy is especially wonderful and consistently takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have. Their products are beautifully printed and arrive with great care. I highly recommend them. My only disappointment is that they are not open during the month of February.

Very long production times plus shipping, +10 business days !! It takes weeks for a product to be manufactured and shipped. Also lately they barely respond to customer quesries via chat or email.
Most of the times are ok, products are good quality, the long shipping times is an issue and ocassionally it takes 2 weeks to produce something and adding the 2 weeks shipping its very bad for customers and if you get negative reviews.
Depending what you sell can be gamble to work with them
Ordered a few samples from popcustoms to see what the quality was like and I am very very impressed. The clothing was sewn neatly and correctly, the print was perfect (and I did an AOP) the quality was great!
The fulfilment was completed within the 10 day time frame and shipping was fast. I ordered on the 1st, it had been fulfilled and shipped by the 10th and arrived to me on the 19th :) Overall a very good product and I will definitely be using them in the future!
I really love Pop Customs. I just got a bunch of samples and am thrilled with the quality. Also it has excellent syncing ability to other shops and really nice mock ups.
Popcustoms printing has gone beyond my expectations, I made a sample order with them, and to be honest I wasn't holding out much hope, as I have had a lot of samples from other (UK based) companies not really come out that great. But these Items have really impressed me, I got two different types of tumblers, and the print quality is fantastic. Also, they know how to do a full wrap, it came out absolutely perfect, no lines or mismatching sections, it's perfect, colours are as they should be too. I also got a couple of bags and they are really nice as well. All over print on both and the quality is excellent. If you have a look at their website, you can see a lot more choice than most POD companies, the prices are very reasonable too. I'm really happy with my order, I just wish they could move to the UK so the shipping times weren't so long!
They are the best at what they do! The product variety and quality is the best in the business, but their customer service and responsiveness to help you figure out any issues you may have with your store or theirs or your business in general is like no other manufacturer we’ve worked with. We’re grateful to them and look forward to doing business with them for awhile and recommend that you do to without hesitation!
High top canvas sneakers - comfortable and beautiful!
First - my order came in a branded box, which made everything look very professional.
The print on my high top canvas shoes were bright and clear, it was really pretty.
Then I tried the shoes on and I was amazed at how comfortable they were!!!
I did not expect it from canvas sneakers, but they are simply feeling great on the foot!
Totally love them!!!
