Hi Heather. Thank you for taking a moment to share a review. We're glad to hear that you're happy with how the windows turned out and that our team’s extra effort was appreciated. However, we’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during the installation, including the broken windows, floor damage, and leftover debris. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand your concerns. Our team would be more than happy to look into your specific project and help work toward a solution for any remaining serviceable issues. Please reach out to us directly with a copy of this review and your project number or contact info via email at [email protected] or call 888-736-6335, option 2, so we can identify your project in our system. Please know we take your feedback seriously, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you for sharing and we look forward to your reply.

Thank you so much for picking POWER as the company to give your home its new look! We appreciate the positive feedback and are happy to share this with our team.
