Windows and siding are great although VERY EXPENSIVE. Lied to me about my gutters. Now I’m having gutter issues and have had them out 2-3 times and still have issues.

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. As a new home owner I do take some responsibility for not doing more research and looking for more affordable less predatory companies, but power home were the unfortunate people who came to my door. Now unfortunately my windows were extremely outdated ( I bought an old house) and they desperately needed to be replaced. The contractor they sent me, an Easter European gentleman. Was one of the rudest contractors I had ever had the displeasure of working with. (I am an electrician by trade) and he constantly made rude remarks about us judging (checking in) on his work. Not to mention the project manager which I only spoke with day of and literally never again. He shows up hours late and when he as called out for it tried to guilt us the customers into feeling bad because he had to call in grandmother or something. AND THEN when I complained about the entirety of the project tried to condense my complaints down into him being late… like what? That was just a small piece in the giant disaster that is power home unimproved. When I then tried to call power home back office to complain not only about the professionalism of their employees that came to work on my house but also the fact that THEIR CONTRACTOR looked at me and my partner and told us as he was cleaning up that we overpaid for everything… not something you want to hear as a home owner once everything was finished up.. so when I called their office and told them this what was their response? “Oh that sucks”, or “sorry that happened to you we will make sure it doesn’t happen again”. Nothing to address the real issue wich was that their own employee admitted to us a young couple 25 and younger ago just got whti first house that they gratefully overpaid for a home service. It was devastating it’s not like we are rich or really have the money WE NEEDED to fix our windows or they we’d going to fall apart and the company basically looked at us and told us they ripped us off and there response was “oh that sucks” in all I would NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. As they don’t care about the consumer at all only getting the best profits they can get which is just against what their company “says” they stand for. I can keep going about how every time they order something from the warehouse the end up calling me the day of the appointment saying the warehouse doesn’t have their items.. this has happened from day of installation all the Until now, 2 YEARS later. The continue to not pick after themselves when they work in my home. And continue to be unprofessional in their phone calls, which we never receive, and showing up to my house unannounced weeks if not months after the original set appointment. In all I wish I could go back in time and not work with these people because my windows payment is OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH and I have learned since that I can get better quality work for much less cost. That’s power home for being the mistake i won’t ever make again.

Where do I start...Read last paragraph for short version

Where do I start...Initially the folks spoke well, had a rookie first which then they had a more seasoned guy explain and work out pricing and details. After setting up a project for windows at a pretty solid price, around average on cost, we looked to mover forward. Following that they have someone come out to go over and confirm the project details. Then schedule the install. This went fine...or so it seemed. They accidentally forgot to check tempered glass for the bathroom window. Was a painless fix, and slight adjustment to the project - small price increase for the one window. Fast forward to the install, and the windows...were tiny. Visually able to tell before even putting it into place, and without side by side comparison...Have a few calls for them to reorder replacements. The guys on that first install were fantastic, wanted to have them for the second round... Scheduled for a 12-2 start for the reinstall...to which they arrived at 10...I was able to work with it as I planned to be home, instead of going in early and getting out early from work - good thing I did this. The lead and I spoke about the windows to install, but they had one less window than planned...turns out that when we rescheduled/reordered the folks in the office took off one of the windows. Explained the price drop when we rescheduled. After we fixed that issue, and they had someone drive out the extra window, they sent out a fixed price agreement...removed the old ones...and it was MORE expensive. Called and got that fixed...absolutely wild. They should of given a small rebate for the wild amounts of confusion or something, but I am not concerned with going with what was planned. The lead of the second team also was never anywhere to be sighted. He sat in his truck pretty much the entire time, while his apprentices did the work. Unlike the first team where the team lead was working alongside the 'young guns'. I also noticed that he took the lazy routes to most things and liked to be combative with his tone of voice (not what he said, but how he said it). The two who were doing the install did a fine enough job. I will not be complaining about that, quality wise the install went without any real hitch. But took much longer than I anticipated. In perspective, the first team did the first window in 30 min, second in around an hour...mostly since they were still in the phases of getting that routine ingrained for doing quick and clean work. Overall, disappointed in the absolute lack of coordination this company has. They have some great employees, and others that just dont seem to care or understand that they are working for people. Quality of the product is there, but its a mixed bag outside of that.

I wish I could give this company the…

I wish I could give this company the same glowing review I would have written after they installed my windows years ago. The window installation went smoothly, and when I needed warranty service, they honored their lifetime warranty without any hassle. That outstanding experience is exactly why I chose them again for my siding, even though their price was significantly higher than other companies. I believed the extra cost was worth it because I trusted they would stand behind their products. Unfortunately, that trust has been broken. I recently discovered a small crack in one piece of siding and was surprised to learn that I would have to pay for the repair, despite the expectations created by my previous experience with their warranties. My experience with the front door they installed last year has been even more disappointing. Just two months after installation, the door stopped latching properly and blows open whenever the wind catches it. On one occasion, the door opened unexpectedly and my dogs got out, creating a dangerous situation. I contacted the company in approximately January to have the problem corrected. They scheduled a service appointment for July—already a six-month wait. About a week before that appointment, they canceled because of an emergency involving the technician. While I understand that emergencies happen, I was then told the next available appointment wasn’t until October. That means I’ll have lived with a defective front door for about nine months, and I was told there was nothing they could do to accommodate me sooner. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices because you believe you’re receiving premium products and customer service, only to find that when you need help, you’re left waiting for months and expected to pay for issues you thought would be covered. I genuinely wanted to continue recommending this company based on my original window experience. Sadly, my experiences with the siding and door have completely changed my opinion. Excellent customer service shouldn’t end after the sale.

The work on my house was excellent after service was bad

The work on my house was excellent, and I was very happy with the quality of the project itself. Unfortunately, everything changed after the project was completed and I signed the final paperwork. They left the dumpster in my driveway for an entire week after the siding was removed. Even worse, after more than four weeks and at least eight phone calls, they still have not picked up the extra materials that were left on my front lawn. To make matters worse, the dumpster company cracked my driveway, and every time I call Power, no one can give me a timeline or tell me what is being done to resolve the issue. It’s very frustrating because they are a great company while they’re selling and completing the project. However, once the job is finished, the customer service completely falls apart. A project that started out perfectly has turned into a nightmare simply because they failed to make sure everything was completed properly after the work was done.

I just put one star because I haven’t have my roof done yet I’m still undecided if I want roof done after all with power because I don’t see good review on roofing is there anyone out that has there roof done with power and was happy with it please let me know

Disgusted…

Had my siding, roof and windows done with Power home remodeling. Lifetime warranty on everything out of 9 windows 6 are failing they are telling me I have to pay 180.00 per window to be replaced and they will give me a lifetime warranty on the windows they replace for the windows that I have a lifetime warranty already this is bullshit so I have to pay over a thousand dollars to replace lifetime warranty windows. Very Disgusted you would think that I have spent enough money with them already that they would take care of this not my fault the windows suck it's their problem

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We sincerely apologize for any frustrations or inconveniences you experienced throughout the warranty process. We'd like to provide some additional context regarding this product's limited lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the product in question was discontinued by the original manufacturer, who elected not to develop an alternative replacement solution. In response, POWER invested heavily in developing a compatible replacement option and retooling a production line so that replacement products could continue to be manufactured. While we have worked to preserve support for these products, there are additional costs associated with production, and a small portion of those costs are shared with the homeowner. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know that this situation is not ideal for us either, and we continue to invest resources to support affected homeowners. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us at (888) 736-6335, option 2.

Stay away from this company

Major rewindow job

Major rewindow job - experience was very good. A little more expensive than we were anticipating but not a problem. Excellent crew work - 22 windows replaced in 1 day. Then 2 doors in hot Phoenix weather. Had 2 warrantee issues (glass does break...) and only complaint was that it was not clear how to get updates on warrantee issues within the PowerPulse application or website.

I rarely write negative reviews

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Power Remodeling Group has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Approximately six years ago, I invested over $13,000 in a bow window from Power Remodeling Group because I believed I was purchasing a high-quality product backed by their lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, about two years ago, I noticed that the glass had developed spots between the panes and the window itself appeared to be shifting out of position. What I expected to be a straightforward warranty claim turned into more than a year of endless delays, canceled appointments, and broken promises. During this time: Appointments were scheduled and canceled repeatedly, often at the last minute. Installation crews came to my home on two separate occasions but left without completing the repair. I had to take time off from work for multiple appointments, resulting in lost time, stress, and unnecessary inconvenience. Communication was inconsistent, and every attempt to resolve the issue seemed to lead to another delay. Most recently, after waiting yet again for the repair, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled all the way to December 2026. That is simply unacceptable for a warranty issue that has already been ongoing for more than a year. A lifetime warranty has little value if the company does not honor it in a timely and professional manner. When customers spend this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship, dependable service, and respect for their time. Sadly, my experience has reflected none of those expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Power Remodeling Group. If you are considering investing thousands of dollars in replacement windows, I strongly encourage you to research other companies that stand behind their products with responsive customer service and reliable warranty support. I hope the company improves its customer service because no homeowner should have to spend over a year chasing a warranty repair after making such a significant investment.

Good product. Not so good service.

Firstly, we love our windows. The product and installation is great. I’ve marked them lower because the process was not so great. On the day of our install the crew no showed. After waiting several hours we called only to find out the person never came into work that day. We had to reschedule which was fine but they never rescheduled the inspection so then the inspector shows up and is super frustrated, rightly so. Installation day comes and goes. We have someone from power come out for a quality review, which we later found out was just a sales pitch to sell us more stuff. This was very annoying. This was on top of multiple calls and emails asking for feedback. We were staring to feel a bit harassed. Then a couple month after installing our windows they tell us the inspection was never closed and they need to send out an inspector again. At this point we no longer are living in the home and have to coordinate with our tenants. It’s now been several months since installation and they are still calling us weekly asking for feedback. I’ve asked them multiple times to stop calling us. It’s way overboard and feels like harassment.

Warranty Service horribly slow

I purchased a front door and it was installed on april 14, 2026. I have a sealing problem where light leaks through the seal. I called for warranty service on July 9, 2026. I was told that the earliest appointment was September 15, 2026. After receiving a call today July 22, 2026 from a Power representative to check on my satisfaction and I told him about the issue and he said he doesn't have access to the service calendar and I should call service again to see if there is a sooner date. I called service today, July 22,2026 and was told the earliest is still September 15th. Be aware that Power Home Remodeling warranty service is terrible. You shouldn't have to wait 60 days for service.

We can you place 18 windows with this…

We replaced 18 windows with this company because of the warranty they offered. Currently we need to replace two because the seal has broken and they are foggy. The company is now saying that they don't have that manufacturer anymore and want to charge us for some of the cost. Unacceptable! When asked about the rest of our windows being covered due to change of manufacturer they stated that they were not covered! This company sucks don't buy into their bullshit

Customer disrespect

I used them on my prior home and day of service was great however, follow up for parts needing to be replaced was hit or miss and never resolved. For my new home I have scheduled them three times and each time they schedule a same day appointment and cancel at last minute. I may not go with them this time.

Gross sales tactics, and too much energy spent there

The contractors this company sent did good work and, at least within the first year, the products installed seem to be high quality - I had my gutters and all my windows replaced (two separate projects) - but their sales approach is atrocious. They call repeatedly and incessantly, although they seem unable to get the quote they claim to have on file to post to my account. They did replace a damaged window that the installer discovered and reported, so I haven't observed a failure to meet their contractual obligations; however, having the bandwidth to call me several times a week but not being able to actually deliver on something so trivial is not a good look. Their door-to-door teams (everyone I've worked with, actually) are very personable, but the company as a whole cannot get the message to stop harassing me. Every time I tell them no, I have to say it more than once, and the sales tactics are unequivocally high-pressure and manipulative. The supposed "quality check" they did after my first installation was actually just another sales pitch in disguise. For one of their selling points being "we don't advertise," they could do a much better job of letting their products - and their customers - speak for themselves.

Be ware!

Be ware!! they do not tell you that they will not stop talking for over 3 hours. I just wanted quotes and maybe a 30 minute speech .. too long .. that’s crazy … I wish I was informed !!!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We sincerely apologize if you felt our in-home estimate lasted longer than expected. Our intention is never to overstay our welcome, but to ensure every aspect of your project is carefully reviewed before any work begins. During the estimate, we inspect the home, review product styles and options, and discuss realistic expectations so homeowners have the information they need to make a confident, informed decision. With more than 30 years of experience and over one million installations, we've found that investing additional time upfront often helps prevent misunderstandings, unexpected changes, and costly issues later in the project. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our Service team at (888) 736-6335 and select option 2 when prompted.

No respect for my time!

I scheduled an appointment for a free quote on window replacements and asked multiple times how long it was going to take. Never got a straight answer. It took over 2 hours to get a quote. The sales rep was nice but if you are going to take that much of a person’s time, offering them a free quote without disclosing that it takes that long is unprofessional. I found it very rude and makes me not want to do business with a company that doesn’t respect my time. Response to Power reply: That long presentation gave me a headache! LOL

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We will be the first to recognize that our in-home estimates might last longer than expected to some homeowners. We sincerely apologize if you feel as though we overstayed our welcome. Home remodeling projects require meticulous attention to detail, which is why we make sure to address each variable of the project. When we come for an estimate we will review all styles and options, do a full inspection, and discuss realistic expectations for your home remodeling project so there are no surprises later on. In our over 30 years in business, and over 1,000,000 installs later, we’ve found the vast majority of customers found that a little more time invested upfront can save you headaches down the road. If you have additional concerns please feel free to reach out at (888) 736-6335, option 1 at the prompt.

Awful follow up

First of all, the sales pitch was good, the manager was very clear in communications, the install team was fast. We had our siding and gutters replaced in January. Because of the snow, the install team only cleaned up so much and said for us to call them back when the snow cleared for the remaining cleanup. They damaged a few of our bushes, Japanese maple trees and plants but I let that go because it was winter and these plants will have time to recover. They had leftover material that they left on our lawn for weeks. We had to call multiple times for them to come pick it up. They also installed the house number above our garage and it was off center in which I complained about immediately and they said they would be back to fix it. Called again in March for final clean up and they came and did a pretty good job cleaning up even though I’m still finding nails. When they came, I addressed the off centered house numbers and all the guy did was try to bend the numbers (they’re raised). I told him I’m still not happy and that they need to come back out with a whole new piece to replace the one they’ve drilled into already and center the house numbers. Last week, a whole panel of siding fell off the house. My husband called and they said someone will call him back. He tried to put it back on but it has already fallen off again. Since then, we’ve had rain and humid weather and they were supposed to have someone out on 7/7. Complete no show. I called yesterday and complained about the siding, the off centered house numbers and now, the garage seal is bowing. I was told I would get a call back the same day and still no call. I called back today and was told I will get a call back. It’s only been 7 months and siding has fallen off. Yet, it has been 7 months and the house numbers are still not fixed. Absolutely disappointing considering we spent over $35K and keep getting the run around. I would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere because the customer service is all talk and any follow up is awful. Update- I called Wednesday, Thursday and now Friday and still no call back. All I’m being told is that the field crew isn’t picking up. Just ridiculous

Don't stand behind their product!

Company installed what was supposed to be a bay window to replace my old one (old one never leaked, but lost its seal after 20 years). It looked great, but it wasn't a true bay window - just two replacement windows attached to a fixed one. Sis months after early fall install, we noticed the window was leaking - a lot. They did come back at least six times trying to fix the problem. After two years they finally admitted the window was faulty and would replace it - but only with a flat window, which is not what we had, or wanted. Their "lifetime" guarantee only exists if it suits them. I just finished paying off their window, and am having to pay someone else to install a good, real bay window. Probably going to try and take them to court to try and get reimbursed for at least part of the cost. I will not recommend!
