Great process and a good price
The overall process from start to finish was absolutely amazing; however, the team of installers had re aligned one of our window base ledges which they ended up cocking the entire gap. I guess that was just easier for them to do rather than reinstalling the entire window again. Also, I had to ask a few times for the frames on a couple windows to be locked along the frames edges. Also, one the team was ready to go, I mentioned a few areas needed cleaning on the outside. Over all though the overall process was smooth and the windows are amazing.

Up front full disclosure missing
The work done was top notch and timely. On one window I was shown a picture of what it would look like. After the work was fifty percent done on it I was informed that I would be responsible for painting the top piece. Knowing this in advance would have been nice. At my age (70) I am hesitant to climb a ladder twenty feet in the air. On the same window a feature that allows one to clean the outside of the glass from the inside was not available for this window. So, now that 20 foot climb is a regular thing.

We are pleased with the windows
We are pleased with the windows, however the installers cracked the wall on both sides of the installation and did not repair before they left.

POWERfully Impressive!
POWER HRG did an excellent job installing gutters and windows on my home. All work was performed as discussed and everything looks so much better than I hoped. Everyone I worked with was professional and courteous and seemed to take a genuine interest in my project. I'm very happy with the product I purchased and would definitely trust Power with other projects.

Outstanding Crew, Top Notch Materials, Fair Price
We needed a roof and noticed the work Power did on a neighbor’s home and were impressed. We ended up getting gutters and solar along with a new roof; the financing and warranty were the deciding factors for us. Everyone has been on time, courteous, and professional. We are very satisfied with the final product and highly recommend Power.

Install crew was amazing
Install crew was amazing! Very professional, kind respectful they cleaned up as they went and they took all of the old windows with them. Today was frigid and I did not once hear them complaining about being cold. They keep on moving

Window Installation
installers Arrived on time, checked the job site and started to remove the existing windows quickly, and began to install of the new windows while removing the old ones. Touch up and clean up was done perfect. The young woman that was in charge not only controlled the install but helped with any problems encountered. The installers, were also very professional and the clean up was done.
