Power Home Remodeling replaced three windows in my home. My experience with them was outstanding. Their sales people were straightforward and honest, outlining various options for the replacements. Their installation team arrived on time, was very careful with all of my furnishings, and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were friendly and efficient. I love the look of the new windows, especially the big picture window in the living room. They carefully explained the care and operation of the windows. And they had fun with the dog! If I need windows in the future, I won't hesitate to contact Power Home Remodeling. Just one note - be prepared to be contacted by them MULTIPLE times to confirm appointments, etc. They could cut back on that a bit.

I enjoyed the workers and loved the work they did.
The workers were very pleasant to deal with. They did a beautiful job of installing the windows and doors, keeping the house clean and doing a thorough cleanup inside and outside. I was impressed with how well they removed the old windows and doors and prepared the frame and concrete bottom to ensure that the new ones would be well installed, and air leaks will not happen.

Thank you for giving us your take on how we are doing. We are so glad you had a great experience with your recently installed home improvement project.
From the start, every person I interacted with from Power Home Remodeling was incredible! Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative every step of the way. This was my first experience replacing windows and I assumed it would cost me a fortune. I was pleasantly surprised by what Power Home Remodeling could offer. Day of installation was top tier. The team of three guys completed all of my windows in four hours and I swear they left my house cleaner than when they arrived! You know you’re an adult when you get excited about new windows. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling to everyone I know to replace their windows and I can’t wait to do some more projects with them!

Thank you so much for picking POWER as the company to give your home its new look! We appreciate the positive feedback and are happy to share this with our team.
All the work was done on time and seems to be well done. Various people from the main office came every day to check on the work. After each job was done everything was cleaned up. To much time was spent on selling the company and the products.

The installers were wonderful. They put down runners to protect my floor and even my sidewalk. Everything was cleaned up perfectly after the installation and the door is perfect. The three men were perfect professionals and pleasant to have.

Paid for misunderstanding with salesperson
Power does good work but I was unhappy with the ultimate result. I had windows replaced and the frame around the windows is considerer “siding” and therefore not part of the job. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the job. The salesperson did not explain the difference to me.

What?
Can I say about this from the beginning to the ending? I have experiencing the most wonderful customer Service. ever. The people that worked on the window. People That came before the window was put in. Always remind me about what and when they would be completing the project. Great customer service. Thank you so much. It's a little expensive, but we get over it.
