The windows look much better now
The windows look much better now, and the workers were friendly, putting in extra effort by working late, which I appreciated. However, the price feels too high given that two of the windows were broken during installation. Additionally, my old wood floor was damaged, and some debris was left behind.

From the demonstration of the product and the product knowledge of the salesperson to the installation of the product. Clean up and after installation service care. I am able to also reach and TALK with someone on the phone when I make a call. That in itself is GREAT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Start to Finish
The start of the project was a little rough. It was hard to communicate with the crew due to the language barrier. After a few phone calls, things began to run a little smoother. At the end of the day though, it all comes down to the finished product. They did a good job and I am happy with the work.

I always felt confident that the crew(s) knew what it was doing and was doing it well. They "powered through" some pretty cold weather to get the job done. Unfortunately snow and cold prohibited what I would consider an A+ cleanup but the job was superb.

January 25 Window Replacement
The entire process was handled extremely professionally from the initial meeting with the young man at my door, to the quality control person when the job was done. The crew was great, respectful of the property and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional
They were very professional, Clean up everthing, Work good together as a team, Supervisor came over to , inspect and demonstrated how to open/ close and cleaned windows, I give her 5 🌟 ( Leigh Corbett) as well, I'm pleased with my windows . Valeria

Seamless experience
It was a very seamless experience from making the appointment to the install. Only issue is after installation my windows were dirty...Alex came later to make sure all was well and go thru things with us. He cleaned windows and they looked worse after he left. Might have been because it was so cold, but still a bummer not to have really clean brand new windows.

Very professional from start to finish. Looked at alot of windows in the last 60 days. These Pella windows made just for them are superior. Made the whole process seamless.
