Hi Honest Customer, We are truly sorry to hear about the constant outages and connection drops you have experienced. It is incredibly frustrating when you invest in a long-term plan and a Dedicated IP to securely access your banking or streaming services, only to find your connection blocked or running slowly. We take your feedback very seriously, and we want to help investigate why your connection is collapsing and why your Dedicated IP is not providing the seamless access you expect. There may be specific protocol or port adjustments we can make to stabilize your speeds and help bypass those strict network blocks. Since we want to get this resolved for you, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team. They can take a deep dive into your account and connection settings to find a real solution. You can connect with them 24/7 via live chat at https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ or send an email directly to [email protected].
