Alexia, I am sorry to hear about your situation. Reviewing the order and emails, we most certainly did reply to you. You emailed in on 5/29 and we replied to you the same day. You then replied on 5/30 which we replied to as well. Our last correspondence was on 5/30, which we never received a reply to. You then emailed again on 6/2, which we replied to the same day once again, but have not received a reply to. If you are not seeing our emails, ensure to check your spam/junk folders as it is not uncommon for email providers to move emails there. Please ensure to check there and we can certainly still help with the process. I can also have our department send another email to reach out to you.
