Our records show that a carrier was successfully confirmed for your shipment on June 24, at which time the payment method on file was charged in accordance with the Terms of Agreement. Unfortunately, on June 25, the carrier notified us that they had to cancel the assignment due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once we were informed of the cancellation, our team immediately began working to secure a replacement carrier as quickly as possible. However, before a new carrier could be assigned, you elected to cancel your order. Once we received your cancellation request, we promptly processed a full refund to your original method of payment. We regret that we were unable to complete your shipment and apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused.
