I have a pickup schedule, they canceled the same day. I been trying to reach someone on the company , with no answer. NO phone call, no email, nothing. And they charge my credit card.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced. We understand how upsetting it is when a scheduled pickup does not go as planned. Our records show that a carrier was successfully confirmed for your shipment on June 24, at which time the payment method on file was charged in accordance with the Terms of Agreement. Unfortunately, on June 25, the carrier notified us that they had to cancel the assignment due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Once we were informed of the cancellation, our team immediately began working to secure a replacement carrier as quickly as possible. However, before a new carrier could be assigned, you elected to cancel your order. Once we received your cancellation request, we promptly processed a full refund to your original method of payment. We regret that we were unable to complete your shipment and apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused.

The service was excellent staring from the pick up of the car at home to the drop off of the vehicle in Puerto Rico . I am very unsatisfied with the female that answered the telephone at your offices to me she was very unprofessional and have a very bad attitude . I believe she needs more training to learn how to treat costumer better. Nevertheless transportation was excellent good timing Driver very respectful and very knowledgeable of his duties.

Very easy to work with. Friendly and helpful. I shipped from PR to Florida. You need to know this: 1. The proof of no insurance claims is only good for 20 days. (not 30) 2. The police WILL NOT inspect until you have the proof of no fines. (3 Days). 3. When you go to CESCO for the proof of no fines, buy your stamps there (in Aguadilla, it is in the same mall). That way, you get the proper stamps and pay the proper amount. The shipping is easy, and pick up in Florida is easy as well. Make sure you verify the location of the pick up, as the paperwork from Puerto Rico was not accurate, so just call the port in Jacksonville. Ralph and Diana were awesome and so helpful. Thank you for making the transport easy and stress free.

It needs to find better people for their customer service. The agent was unprofessional and didn’t provide the appropriate updates and changed the pickup dates at their convenience. Same excuse after another. The truck broke down. They cancelled the order just because they couldn’t provide a service.

All pickup and delivery dates are estimated, as carriers can run into unforeseen issues such as mechanical breakdowns, traffic, weather, or route changes. This is stated in our Terms of Agreement and was communicated to you during the process. While these situations are sometimes unavoidable, we understand the importance of clear and professional communication throughout. As for the cancellation, our records show that the request to cancel the order was made on your end, and we processed it per that request. We would not cancel an order without customer authorization. PR Car transport made everything so simple with detailed directions and constant follow up through the whole process from drop off to delivery.
