QEEQ Car Rental

We’re sorry to hear that the pickup locations were difficult to find and that the deposit requirements made your trip planning stressful. Deposits and accepted payment methods are set by the rental suppliers and can vary a lot by location, but we understand that a USD $1,000 deposit can feel unreasonable. Our team will review the pickup-location guidance and supplier deposit options shown for Seattle routes, and follow up to see how we can improve the information and choices available. Thank you for sharing this—it helps us make the booking experience clearer and more traveler-friendly. Qeeq.com Team

We’re sorry to hear about the payment issues you experienced in the app, especially having to switch to another device to complete the authorization. This isn’t the smooth booking experience we aim to provide, and we take this feedback seriously. Please contact us via our in-app support or Qeeq.com with your booking email and approximate time of payment attempt, so our team can look into what happened and help prevent similar issues going forward. Thank you for letting us know—your feedback helps us improve the app experience. Qeeq.com Team
