The car provided during the travel across switzerland was BMW-X1 which was in very good condition as it was 2023 model being provided by Enterprise Car Rental. Pickup and Drop off was super smooth and description on the voucher was so clear that anybody can locate the same in no time. Highly recommend

They made it very difficult to find places to pick up the cars when you are taking a bus to Seattle from Canada they didn’t offer to many places that had a appropriate deposit for renting the car $1000 usd is a crazy amount to ask for a deposit

As the reception lady did not leave the office. I did not understand why the boot was not locking. Only when I came back the next day, a fella was trying to help, and even he could not work it out. Eventually, he realised that moving to the rear of the car, with the key, was unlocking the boot. When I originally booked the car online under the Ace website, I did not realise that the insurance was with a different company. this took some time to sort out. The car ran well with no further problems. The Hertz desk at the airport was very efficient

Car was clean, worked well. Was given with about 1/4 tank of gas, but after filing a reclamation , received an apology. and was told it was their mistake, and I would need only 1/4 tank of gas upon returning the car. Rental process simple and fast ... but HATE the distance from terminal to P3 for rentals
