Easy to book & great value
Easy to compare rental prices between the rental companies. The booking process was also really straight forward. One particular feature that set Qeeq aside was the price monitoring feature. They constantly monitor the price for your selected dates and if the price goes lower, they automatically re-book at the lower rate. This saved me around 10% on the original cost of my booking. The communication was great from initial booking all the way to hand back and there were no issues with the pickup and return at the rental desk. I would 100% use them for next booking.

I booked a car online through Qeeq for pickup at Detroit Airport. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Issues encountered: • The deals appeared expensive and there was no clear or transparent breakdown of the final price. • The specific car that was confirmed in the online booking was not available at pickup. • The staff at the pickup location were laid-back and came across as intimidating. There was no guidance or assistance provided during the process. • Even after completing the rental, I still do not have a clear understanding of the exact amount I was charged. Positive note: The vehicle I eventually received performed adequately and completed a long 15-hour journey without any mechanical issues, although it was not up to the standard I had expected based on the booking. This was a poor overall experience due to lack of price transparency, vehicle substitution, and unsatisfactory staff service at the counter.
