比一般的在线客服好：不用干等很久，Ben在我需要找灶具序列号时给出了清晰的说明，澄清一点后，Ben立刻找到了我需要更换损坏灶具部件的配件，没浪费我任何时间。

你们的产品太烂了，花了£3,000买…
你们的產品太差了，花了£3,000买induction Rangemaster，保修期内不断维修，现在保修期过了，直接扔垃圾桶算了。从第一天起就问题不断，修了12次以上，现在5个灶头只能用2个，还不能全功率使用。这些现在已经不是英国生产了，完全是垃圾

服务很棒，Loren提供的，完全值得五星好评。他帮我找到了已停产水龙头的正确替换滤芯。按照他给的有用指南，安装很简单，而且效果完美。

Cannot believe that Rangemaster sent out a brand new cooker the Estel Deluxe 90cm dual fuel with a faulty seal on the smaller oven, so bad that the gas fitter advised me not to use it! They did not include a user guide either-only an installation guide for the gas engineer and a" get started" booklet to set the clock so it could be swithched on! Awful customer service too as an appointment made for a engineer to visit 2 days later was cancelled.Rangemaster out source their repairs and the company in the Southwest A C L Domestic Appliance Repairs, who they use were extrememly difficult to deal with.They could order parts and I would have to wait 2-5 days and then they would make an appointment to come out.I'd sent them a video clip of what was wrong but they would not send it to the engineer. In the end and after repeatedly phoning they agreed to send an engineer out a week and a day after I received the cooker without parts! The company Homemaker Shaftsbury who I had purchased the cooker from was my first call.They promised to try and sort both things out!However they were unsuccessful on both counts! They did manage to email me a copy of the user guide but the print was so small it was extremely difficult to read. I definitely will not use them again.They totally misled me on purchasing by telling me that if I bought from them that their customer service in sorting out any problems that may arise in the future would be excellent. This has turned out to be untrue. Somehow I was called by Connect who manage warranty repairs for Rangemaster.Eileen was extremely helpful. On sending her the video clip, she got advice from one of their technicians,who said the fault was known to Rangemaster and they had a hinge kit fix.She has ordered this kit to my job number to A C L Appliances, so hopefully when the engineer arrives he will have the correct parts. In regards to the user guide when I telephoned Rangemaster direct they said they would print one for me and send it by post next week. The whole experience has been very disappointing and stressful.I have to say I thought Rangemaster would be a much better company to deal with and I now find on registering my warranty that it is only for 2 years not 5 without having to pay for yet another 3rd party company.

千万别买，没有售后支持，而且因为替换的4门冰箱/冷冻柜不断出故障，不得不改了四次厨房布局
I sent at least 4 emails and response was "will get back to you" when I requested support of my 1191 Four Door DXD Fridge Freezer. No one returned my enquiry for information on "Low voltage warning" so I called the number given 01926 457628; yet again I was misled because Rangemaster UK do NOT offer support and one is directed to a company called Pacifica Group. I hung on for a long time and in the end the phone died. I guess I have an expensive fridge/freezer and for which I had to alter the kitchen outlay to accommodate but I have most certainly been sold a totally unreliable electrical appliance. AVOID SMART technology because it looks like I am not going to get any answers from Rangemaster despite the fact it is THEIR PRODUCT.....what are they hiding because decent and reputanble companies would own problems and get back to customers. My Rangemaster cooker has lasted an awful lot longer than this dreadful and expensive fridge/freezer and looks like there are probably NO spare parts from China hence why NO response on the telephone. Transparency would be decent and helpful to an elderly Army widow who cannot mend this large useless electrical appliance and have now had to bin an awful lot of good food......thanks Rangemaster for "ghosting me" and having NO support from either yourselves or your so-called Technical partner who allegedly carry out repairs? I am waiting........

我等这个等了很久……
我等这台炉子等了好久，但真的值得等待。Skip和Phil太棒了，他们把旧炉子拆走，装上新炉子，检查了所有东西都正常工作。还告诉我们怎么把烟雾烧掉，教我们所有东西怎么使用。他们一直很有礼貌、很友好，而且没留下任何杂乱。
