Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people expressed deep frustration regarding the customer service, noting that getting a timely reply or any meaningful assistance takes weeks of endless waiting. Others struggled with significant delivery delays, missing items in bundled purchases, and unexpected shipping complications that were extremely difficult to resolve.
Some reviewers were happy with the actual items, describing the smart glasses as impressive, high quality, and fun to use for portable entertainment. A few individuals also noted that certain orders arrived fairly quickly and that communication was very smooth when dealing with specific requests.
I had an unfortunate accident with my RayNeo smart glasses, and while the damage wasn’t covered under warranty, the support team went above and beyond to help. They offered me a free replacement for just the cost of shipping—no hassle, no need to return the broken pair.
It’s rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind its products and treats customers with this level of care and respect. The process was smooth, and their communication was clear and supportive throughout.
I’m really impressed with both the product and the service. Highly recommend RayNeo to anyone considering their smart glasses
I am the owner of the Air 3s glasses and pocket tv. Unfortunately the new case does not accommodate both items as with the previous model. I was offered a great option by Customer Support and can’t be more pleased.
These Rayneo Air 2s are by far the best in their class.
I have had mine for several months and love them.
They are perfect for reclining in my recliner and massage chair.
I'm a little hard of hearing so I use earbuds with the pocket tv, which is a wonder in itself, that has multiple uses.
I wear mine at doctor visits, car dealerships waiting for repair work, riding mass transit, even in the park and nobody notices that I'm watching a full screen video.
Rayneo's customer service is professional and caring.
I only have one word to express my pleasure and that’s….Bravo!!!
These glases are pretty sweet. I have the RayNeo air 3s and could not be happier with them with only on exception the cable that came with them is a bit too short for what i was intending to use them for. I have a desk set up for work and where i have my pc setup the cable is not long enough for me to be connected and still use my desk. If i was using the glasses for mobile gaming or for my phone it is perfect but for my setup i need something a bit longer. I wrote in to find out about a longer cable and they got back to me the next morning. They asked for some additional information about which glasses I had and are now working on getting a longer cable to me.
HAVE BACK PROBLEMS WHEN I SIT TO WATCH A MOVIE SO THE NTX WEAR GLASSES WERE A SAVER.
NICE SCREEN, GOOD QUALITY
WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND PURCHASING RAYNEO GLASSES
Purchased the Air 2 pro glass along with the pocket TV. Very happy with purchase. Makes it so comfortable to watch a movie on the plane. Picture quality is amazing.
i purchased the Air 2 glass along with the pocket TV and hdmi adapter for the game console and use it alot when i am away from home
it works great the resolution on the screens are impeccable, i occasionally use it with my phone, so glad i purchased the pocket tv, i researched alot of other glasses before purchasing and glad i purchased the Reyneo
Bought the Rayneo Air 3S a few weeks back and very satisfied with the product. I've been using it during travel and it fits my needs incredibly well. I also bought a pocket TV which is a great pair with the glass that is even better than many TV systems.
10/10 for easy setup and use straight out of the box
I came across RayNeo Air 3S on a youtuber's review and I was curious to use it myself for content viewing on my MacBook and iPhone. RayNeo website was relatively straightforward, ordered a unit and it came within 1.5 weeks. I only had 1 small issue in that there was a long silence (~5 days) between order confirmation and order shipment. It made me a little nervous whether the website was genuine. In any case, I received my Air 3S last weekend. I have been using it for several days and I cannot emphasise enough how easy it was to set up and use straight out of the box. I am now getting a pair of prescription lenses made for more immersive viewing. Resolution is fantastic and it does feel like I am watching a big screen projector TV. The whisper audio mode is very good, crisp and not loud enough to disturb someone next to you. Overall, 10/10.
Excellent company with great customer service as well. Really loving my Rayneo Air 3s. Streaming my gaming PC to my phone hooked up to these in bed is a game changer! So much fun.
I placed an order directly with Rayneo for the Air 3S. Rayneo has such great customer service, the support team was very quick to respond to my issue and resolved my issue very quickly. The Air 3S is very comfortable to wear with a very clear screen. I just wanted to extend my screen, not an AR experience, this is a large screen right in front of your eyes.
First class experience with Rayneo; from their choice of top-class courier, to the delivery time, to the follow-up customer support and extended warranty. Very happy customer.
RayNeo Air 2s: Effortless Setup Meets Stunning Visuals
Having spent some time with the RayNeo Air 2s AR/XR glasses, I wanted to share my experience, focusing on what impressed me most: their remarkable ease of use and the exceptional clarity of the display.
Getting Started is a Breeze:
One of the biggest wins for the Air 2s is how incredibly simple they are to operate. There was no fiddly software installation or complicated pairing process. I just plugged the USB-C cable into my PlayStation 5 and the glasses, and boom – my screen was projected in front of me. It truly feels like a portable monitor you wear. The minimal learning curve makes them very accessible, even if you're new to AR glasses.
Visual Clarity That Wows:
The display quality is where the Air 2s genuinely shine. Powered by Micro OLED technology, the virtual screen is incredibly sharp and clear. I was particularly impressed with text rendering – even smaller fonts are perfectly legible, making them usable for more than just watching videos. Speaking of videos, the colors are rich and vibrant, and the brightness is more than adequate for indoor use. It provides a genuinely enjoyable viewing experience that feels like looking at a high-quality physical screen, just floating conveniently in your view. The clarity significantly enhances immersion whether gaming on my PlayStation 5 or watching movies during travel.
Final Thoughts:
The RayNeo Air 2s nail the fundamentals. They offer a hassle-free way to get a large, private, and incredibly clear display anywhere. If ease of use and top-notch visual clarity are your priorities for portable screen mirroring or media consumption, I highly recommend checking these out.
The Ray Neo Air 3S are great! The screen quality is excellent. They are light on the face and the controls are intuitive. They plug and play with our iPhone 16 Max Pro, what shows on the screen shows on the glasses. This is our first pair of a Ray Neo product and we made a great pick! I also reached out to customer service, not for an issue, but a question, they responded quickly.
RayNeo Air 3s is a game changer for me, now I have a personal movie theater wherever I go. The image and sound quality is super, and no more blurry edges on this model. So I’m very happy with this purchase! And customer service is great too, any questions gets replied very fast. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an entertainment on the go.
