Las instrucciones que me dieron las ejecuté y no siervieron de nada. Les envié resultdos y fotografías, y me volvieron a contestar lo mismo, como si quien contesta fuera un robot. Lo he dejado por imposible, porque es entrar en modo bucle, me hacen perder el tiempo y no soluciono el problema.I carried out the instructions they gave me and they were of no use. I sent them results and photographs, and they answered the same thing again, as if the person who answered was a robot. I have left it as impossible, because it is to go into loop mode, they make me waste my time and I do not solve the problem.
It was really hard to find a replacement for the remote control of my Samsung TV. I tried 2 different suppliers that I found in Amazon but their equipment did not work properly. I feel glad now that I found this one. It doesn't look like the original one but it performs very well. The delivery time was ok, just as promised.

I bought a supposedly compatible remote for the Onkyo DS-TX494 Tuner-Amplifier in December 2019, and there is no way to get it to work. I have followed the instructions given to me by messenger and it doesn't work. Therefore, I am obliged to give a negative opinion about this product and the solutions given to possible incompatibilities. I will never recommend buying on this website.

I ordered a replacement remote for my Toshiba SE-R0240.
The remote I received is a standard remote in which a program is loaded by the seller.
When I received it, at first it didn't work, but I contacted them and they replied straight away. They sent me a code so I could reprogram it myself from home. Problem solved in 5 minutes, so they deserve a 5* review.

Shipping took some time, but understandable due to Chinese New Year. I ordered the wrong remote but was helped quickly and effectively to reprogram very easily and quickly. Very good after sales service. Would recommend them.
