At that stage, the original packaging, product label and Ray-Ban documentation were no longer available, which makes it extremely difficult to verify the exact product originally received. We did not refuse to investigate your claim. The photographs and measurements you provided were reviewed, and we asked for additional information precisely because we needed to understand and document what had happened before reaching a conclusion. Requesting evidence in order to investigate a product issue is not blaming the customer. We also strongly reject the statement that our company is “a scam”. We are a legitimate business and we take product and customer service issues seriously.
