Very easy experience from finding the correct lenses to then ordering them online.The price was about half of what my local shop wanted. The delivery times were about right though I could have paid for a faster delivery but I was in no hurry. All in all a very positive experience

They had the hard to find replacement arms for my Oakley Holbrook XXL frames. Everyone else only had the XLs, but ordered with express delivery and they came in minimal time. Best place to find replacement parts & save money
After I figured out how to find my exact parts, everything from there was very straightforward & easy. I especially appreciated being able to track my package through its journey.
Sent the wrong lenses and then blamed me.
Sent the wrong lenses and then tried to blame anything they could except admitting they sent the wrong size lenses. They tried to blame the glasses and even me, that I swapped them. I sent pictures with a micrometer showing they are clearly wrong. They just kept blaming other things. I would not use. They are a scam. I’d even pay for them. I told them that. They still kept blaming me or the frames were deformed. Even though the incorrect lenses were sent. Do not use if you want any honesty. And for some reason replacementlenses flagged this review as containing harmful or illegal content.

At that stage, the original packaging, product label and Ray-Ban documentation were no longer available, which makes it extremely difficult to verify the exact product originally received. We did not refuse to investigate your claim. The photographs and measurements you provided were reviewed, and we asked for additional information precisely because we needed to understand and document what had happened before reaching a conclusion. Requesting evidence in order to investigate a product issue is not blaming the customer. We also strongly reject the statement that our company is “a scam”. We are a legitimate business and we take product and customer service issues seriously. 4 days I got my replacement lenses original quality, very happy got back my favorite glasses at a fraction of the cost!!!!

Excellent value for the price I paid for replacement lenses for a Ray-Ban Latch. This handy solution makes it possible to keep my sunglasses which I liked. 100% would recommend! (The shipping took around two weeks to Belgium.)

The spare part I ordered was 100% fit and I'm very glad for that. Took away 1 star because of the shipping. It took 12 days for package to arrive from Germany to Sweden. This needs to improve a lot!
