I had been searching for a discontinued color and was very fortunate to find them still available on this website. I had a disappointing experience with another vendor and was on a time crunch to have the meta glasses before my big trip. FramesDirect shipped very promptly and glasses were in perfect working order! I used them throughout my trip without any issue—I received so many compliments as well!

I ordered a pair of glasses and they ended up being the wrong size. I called in spoke to a rep who help me very quickly and was able to get me the return slip so I could get them returned and re-order the correct size frames. Very helpful customer service.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company, and it will definitely be my last. The first time, nothing went wrong, but it took an extremely long time for my glasses to ship. This time, I initially ordered a pair of glasses that weren’t the ones I really wanted. When I noticed the pair I actually wanted came back in stock, I immediately requested an exchange. I never even opened the original glasses because I knew I would be returning them. I received the return label, shipped the package back through UPS, and it was delivered to your facility on July 28. According to your website, returns are processed within 2–4 business days. It has now been 5 business days, and instead of processing my exchange, I’m being told it will take an additional 1–2 days. The customer service representatives have repeatedly suggested that I simply place a new order. Why would I place another order when my current exchange hasn’t even been processed and I’m already unhappy with the service? To make matters worse, the customer service agents don’t seem knowledgeable about the return process. Every time I reach out, I receive a different answer with no clear explanation or resolution. I work for a 3PL, so I’m very familiar with how returns are handled. Returns should be processed promptly once they’re received, especially when your company advertises a 2–4 business day turnaround. The most frustrating part is that I’ve explained to multiple customer service agents that I needed this exchange processed as quickly as possible because I’m leaving for vacation and was hoping to receive my replacement glasses before I leave. Despite sharing this with several representatives, no one seems to care or make any effort to help. Instead, I continue to receive generic responses and more delays. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Between the slow shipping, delayed return processing, the lack of urgency, and unhelpful customer service, I have no confidence in ordering from this company again. Updated - 7 business days later STILL nothing.

Great selection of frames at good prices, and your search function works better than most websites. Being able to narrow choices by fit is critical. I wish your buy-one-give-one program also worked for frame-only purchases since that what I typically use.
